Advice on Test C, Deca, Dbol cycle

Just started a cycle of 30mg dbol every day for four weeks, test c 250mg twice a week for twelve weeks and deca 250mg once a week for ten weeks. This will be my third cycle. My first two cycles were Test c 500mg per week which led to pretty good gains. I am 39 yo 5'6" 150lbs. Workouts are Mon chest and back, Tues Biceps and triceps, Wed cardio, Thurs legs and shoulders, Fri cardio. Diet is not as good as it should be but not horrible. Do the dosages mentioned above seem to be in line or do they need some tweaking. Thanks in advance.

Adex was prescription. Compounded
This was the first protocol I was given. Dose of test c was bumped up after 8 wks and ai was uppen on 2nd cycle.
II. Testosterone Protocol
B. Weeks 1-14
1. Inject (2)ml of Testoterone Cypionate 210mg/ml 10ml vial 1 time per week in the Q2 of Glute using 23g 1inch. Ex(Tu)
2. Orally take (1) Anastrazole 1mg tab 3 times a week at night. Ex(Tu,Th,Sa)
3. Orally take (1/2) Tamoxifen 20mg tab 2 times a week at night. Ex(W,F)
III. Post Cycle Therapy
1. After week 14 injections; continue taking Anastrazole and Tamoxifen as prescribed until finished. Two weeks from your last testosterone injection start the post cycle.
2. HCG-Chorionic Gonadrotropin Compounded 10,000 IU - Inject 2000 units everyday for 5 days then 1000 units everyday for the next 10 days for post cycle therapy until finished.
(mix first vile with 2.5ml of bacterial free water- using 23g syringe. Refrigerate after mixing, until finished. Inject using 30g 5/16inch insulin syringe subQ. Draw to 50 – ½ cc. Inject prescribed amount) (days 1-5)
(mix second vile with 2.5ml of bacterial free water- using 23g syringe. Refrigerate after mixing, until finished. Inject using 30g 5/16inch insulin syringe subQ. Draw to 25 – ¼ cc. Inject prescribed amount) (days 6-15)
3. Orally take (1) Clomiphene Citrate 51mg tablet daily until finished. (days 1-15)
Hold up!!! Trt is extremely important to note on cycles. And how much hcg did you do when doc saw high estro? Theres no pct on trt......

The reason for the dosage of nolva and adex was due to the last cycle my estradiol was up to 67 pg/ml with a reference range of 7.2-42.6 being normal. That level was with 10mg 2xs per week Nolva and 1mg 3xs per week. The thought of Gyno just freaks me out I guess. But yes there is clomid and hcg for pct. maybe I should have mentioned my testosterone and ai regiment was given by a MD for trt.

one last thing. hcg needs to been run on cycle. not during pct.
I'm sure doc is smart....but adex shoulda knocked it down. High five on pointing out hcg on cycle as it would be bad on pct. Id suggest he reads forums about nolva on cycle.

Forgot to mention 1mg anastrazol eod and 10mg tamoxifen ed. I'm not familiar with caber.
brother, sit downn for a sec. cut the adex down to .25 eod. if signs of gyno start popping up bump it to .5 eod. kill the nolva completely until pct. then run it with clomid. im assuming you know about pct? caber is a prolactin inhibitor. brand name dostinex. must be had on hand when ever you run tren or deca. .25 to .5 a week. get it now, or scrap the deca. simple as that.
For third cycle it looks good. Like Ruski mentioned...ai and caber
test and deca seem ok. you could bump the dbol up 10 or 20 mg if you want. but if you can get good gains from 30 let it ride. no use in doing extra damage. you running an ai? and do you have caber on hand?
