I have always had acne on my face and shoulders while I was a teenager, I have actually been prescribed accutane by the dermatologist TWICE before touching any roids.

The second round of accutane killed permanently all the acne on my face, which has endured a 500mg/test E a cycle without a single pimple. But I haven´t been so lucky with my back. Despite being clear at the start of the cycle and a strict cleaning routine, exfoliating, benzyl peroxide and oral antibiotics; my back, shoulders and upper chest area broke pretty bad.

I am on my third month of doctor prescribed accutane at 80mg/day and the temptation of my already delayed summer shred cycle is growing bigger by the day.

With the last check, cholesterol values were normal: 150 (<200) and HDL was fine.
Tryglicerides also fine = 0.79 (<1.5)
Liver values were well within range AST = 32 (<55) AST = 22 (<50)

So I basically I tolerate it pretty well. Acne is 95% gone, but red marks are still quite noticeable.

My questions:

-Once I finish the accutane can I start an injectibles only cycle (Test E, Primo, Mast) remaining on a maintenace dose of say 20mg EOD of accutane while on to keep this evil acne from reocuring?

-Could I start the cycle now that I am taking accutane 80mg/day?

Side note:

I have a history of genetic upper range Hematocrit and Hemoglobine levels even without roids ( thanks mum xD) will be doing therapeutic pheblotomy every 6 weeks. I have been off for 4 months.

Estrogen is always in the upper range aswell. I fell fine.
