Would Adex at .25 cause lower back pain?
ad
Took my first .25 dose of Adex at night before I went to bed and woke up with lower back pain. Is this normal?

bigmurphFirst dose shouldn't cause pain in back maybe you hit the weights hard day before or maybe even slept wrong if it continues maybe suspend use of adex until you can say its not the adex i can't say for sure but i don't believe it's the adex
I guess it could be all of the above. I'll have to keep a close eye on. it
Monitor for length of time and pain threshhold...3-5 days max....if no pain in area...maybe slept wrong...pulled muscle...
Bloodwork for sure if pain doesnt subside. Emphasis would be on calcium, BUN/Cr, etc....rule out kidney stone....
Could increase water for short term Rx intervention, stretch and hold calcium supps for a week.... keep us posted
Exactly +1. Showing the importance and wider application of blood testing over and above hormone levels. I've been doing a lot of research on impact of electrolyte levels to how I feel on cycle. The OP's idea it could be the adex is an interesting one that has occured to me in the past when dealing with "back pump" type pain. It's always turned out to be an electolyte issue with me made worse on orals though I've had it too on plain Test/Proviron combo.
I like you would look at kidney function and electrolytes then if that presents no answers then switch the adex out for aro and see if that makes a difference.
Question for the OP why did you start running the adex? What were your estro levels when you went on this? What are you running and for how long etc?
Started test cyp 500mg wk and .25 adex every 3rd day and 500iu a wk of hcg. My test was at 208 and not sure what estro was at.
Given we are really talking cycle advice can you please confirm your stats:
Age: 35
Height: 5' 6"
Weight: 175
BF: n/a - please confirm
How many cycle have you run or is this your first? If you've run others then please provide history. How long will you be running this cycle for? Why the HCG? What's your nutritional plan for this cycle? What are your goals? What's your training split look like?
However to keep things moving can I assume you ran pre-cycle bloods so this should contain a baseline estrogen level? Maybe worth checking. If you're not having estrogen related sides then I suggest you wait 5 weeks into your cycle, pull bloods and check estrogen levels. This way you know how your respond (ito aromatisation of test to estrogen) and if an AI at that dose of test (and HCG) is even needed. If it is you can dose from there retest and adjust. If you start dosing adex from day one even at 0.25mg e3d it's possible you could crash your estro. This could cause you all sorts of problems. Possibly the back pain your reference although I am not certain as this could be many things. This could be even more of an issue of your a super responder to adex. I'm not but I am pretty sensitive to adex. I tend to prefer aro as an AI but it's a personal choice.
Hope is helps a bit and please post up the other details so we can advise you appropriately.
I have run 2 previous cycles which consisted of Test and Deca each time. This is the first time I've used adex which is why I worried this morning. After moving around a bit the back is fine. I will pay close attention when I dose again just to be on the safe side of things. Pre cycle bloods where all fine And BF is around 11. I really think pain was from yesterdays workout. Thanks for all the info, it all helps.
Ok well good luck. I'm not sure why you decided to run deca for your first, never mind your second cycle! Anyway it's done and I hope you recovered ok as your bloods would seem to indicate you did and I hope you used prolactin control. If you didn't need an AI on these cycles I wonder why you suddenly through it in like this. Anyway now you have a plan for checking your blood work at week 5 and dosing the adex from there if needed or if you get high estro sides before. Next time I highly recommend bringing your cycle plan to the steroid cycles board for advice. Also suggest you keep researching as my sense is you have a lot to learn. Again - Good luck.
Thats what a positive nitrogen balance is all about, as well as, promoting homeostasis.
Good question abt adx and other cmpnds..
