Pleased read into this article which states all the benefits of Boron supplementation. I have added it to my PCT and everything it states I believe will take care of many problems people have with PCT.

Alphamale500Great post!! +
thats a good read .
Someone on the boards needs to guinea pig some boron to really see what its worth.
Not it!
Fuckin a Zeus, great read!
Top to bottom it makes a very good argument for supplemental use in the 3 gram+ range.
You guys who do use it, what dose are you using?
Im using it at the 10g range which seems to be the sweet spot for significant results with the least toxicity concerns.
I do recommend taking something like ZMA alongside Boron to maximize the results and get the appropriate benefits.
Boron was pushed at Gnc stores back in 1989 as a testosterone booster just like yohimbe bark. Didn't do Jack shit for anyone. It's a element. Do not waste your money. Stick to what works, hcg and clomid.
True... About as good as Cybergenics! I'll save my money & pass!
Boron is very cheap and would be an addition to HCG and/or Clomid not a stand alone.
How reliable are GNC’s products? Are they tested for proper dosage? We’re they even supplying people with the amount used in studies?
Someone has to do PCT and take boron. It is interesting to see the test results.
Definitely worth looking into for those on PCT. TY +
RustyhookerInteresting find!
Shit that means a lot to me coming from you Rusty.
Thanks brother.
Molinin302Its not something I use, I can see it's benefits no doubts, but like anything else there's toxicity concerns. As long as an individual pays attention to their body it can definitely have it's time and place.
Toxicity concerns aren’t until you reach over 20mg a day. The studies which showed significant changes in free testosterone and other benefits were with only 10mg daily.
Molinin302I'm with you, but minerals act differently and less predictably than vitamins. different bodies process them at different rates, different solubility, etc... Not saying anyone here would overdo it, but...
I understand. Thank you for bringing this up. I’d hope with half the dosage of what starts to reach toxicity levels wouldn’t be of concern but you have a point.
Take it every day. It definitely bumped up my natural test levels quite noticeably.
