What best to mix hcg with to last 5 days

Hi all,
As I will be using 5000i.u. Vials as part of my pct and I will be doing 1500i.u Mon, Wed, Fri is it best to use enclosed water or bac water (Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride 0.9%.)
Will it deteriorate if left in sterile water in fridge for 5 days?

I use Bac water. It's stable for a while if refrigerated!

sterile water if u use the mixed solution within 48hrs, if not use bac. w. , then your solution is stable for about 7-10 days or even longer
