Well...Gyno happened, on my very first (test e only) cycle!

ad

Unfortunately I must be in the "very sensitive to even slightly elevated estrogen levels" camp. I'm currently on my PCT "blend" that I have that is 20mg nolvadex and 40mg clomid- I take it once a day. Im hoping that it's legit, but my symptoms have not improved and it possibly is starting in my other nipple as well. I've been on the PCT for 10 days, off the test E completely for 18 days. Some info:

-Ran a 12 week 250mg/week Test E cycle, pinning SubQ EOD to start but went to ED once I noticed sides. I know this is a very low dose but I wanted to see how my body responded by just getting my toes wet... not well!

-Started having nipple discomfort (thought is was maybe paranoia) around week 8 so got my blood tested and my estrogen level was at 40, Total T was 1200 and Free T 350. Due to my estrogen levels being in relatively normal range I convinced myself that it was just in my head.

-I'll preface by saying that im not a particularly paranoid or nervous person- the lump behind my nipple is about the size of a large marble right now, and can be painful at times, it does have some discharge when squeezed.

-I'm currently on a very low dose of finasteride (.5mg EOD) and have been for 8 months

-I've never had any symptoms of this before in my life, so it's almost certainly from the Test cycle.

Any thoughts or recommendations to assist in this? Is it to be expected that symptoms haven't gotten any better yet? Should I consider adding something to my PCT?

I appreciate any and all advice!

Wanted to give an update:

I increased my PCT dose as suggested for 2 weeks, then went down to the normal dose for a week before completely stopping it a few days ago (at 30 days). The gyno itself is definitely shrinking, and it is no longer tender.
The supplements Im currently taking since ending my PCT are tongkat Ali/fadogia agrestis, DIM, and a natural anti-prolactin support (p5p, zinc, ashwaganhda).
For the past 3 weeks however I have had absolutely zero appetite, and I'm very anxious all the time. I've never experienced either of things before. is this somewhat normal after ending a PCT? Any tips?

2x a day for pct levels. Hopefully that blend is genuine.

+1 Good.

Bye Fina. Also

Through studies that appears to be a small percentage of people who do not respond to Nolva at all. Ralox is the better choice in most regards. As it does not appear to lower igf levels opposed to Nolva. I can also be well tolerated at decently high doses like 120mg for the first 10 days of taking it then back off to 60 mg for about 4 months then down to 30 for 2 months. In my experience this will flatten out any fibrous tissue or puffiness and get them nips back to a dime.

I must warn you that in some cases research has shown that ralox can lead to clotting in the legs and other areas. I would suggest after a couple months of taking it getting a d-dimer test. best of luck

I was just reading about Raloxifene on another forum. Would you recommend stacking that with my current PCT- pretty much as soon as I can get it?

You would use Ralox in place of Nolva for pct. Not stack to it. You may also run ralox through cycle. I like 30mg. I have only tried Pharma grade and it's tough to come across and sometimes expensive but in the case of the original poster it would be a priority for me. This would take 6 months of continuous use and pretty much a cruise dose only or a PCT recovery and not run any gear until the ralox is finished and the gyno is gone

thank you

Hmm that's interesting. That would make sense why I reacted so adversely to elevated (for me) estrogen.

Should be 40mg nolva and 100mg clomid for first two weeks then 20mg nolva and 50mg clomid for weeks 3 and 4

Being that I'm already 10 days into my PCT, should I bump up the dosage now?

Id at least run a week at that if you are saying your pct isnt strong enough and now you know why
