using letro during a cycle

So, i have some really bad bad bad gyno i got big lump behind my nipple, im currently on a cycle im doing 700mg of EQ (ew) and 600mg of cyp (ew). I had gyno before the cycle. my question is can i use letro to start getting rid off the gyno while im on a cycle.

The swelling/goiter went down. All my thyroid levels checked out. It was a scary moment. It happened my second day of 2.5mg.
