Tribulus Terrestris

ad

Why do we barely ever talk about Tribulus Terrestris and its use in PCT?
I'm on the PCT right after my first cycle and taking the supplements I guessed would work better for a PCT: Glutamine to maintain gains and Tribulus and ZMA to rise natural testosterone back up as fast as possible.

I was fearing the worst reading how people describe their PCT and the consequences of having suppressed your natural testosterone for so long, the blues they get...

Not gonna lie: I've been getting some fatigue and nothing like a depression but I'm definitely going back to being the reflexive person I was before the cycle. Nothing serious or unexpected. What is unexpected is how strong and frequent are being my erections as of late. It's even better (in a way) than when I was on T. Why isn't everyone using Tribulus for their PCT and raving about it?

BTW, I recently checked the Wikipedia page on Tribulus Terrestris and it seems like the few analytic studies that have been run to test its effects have been negative. Also too few in my opinion and severely flawed. Sounds disheartening, but I swear it's working for me!

I did a clomid only pct and kept 10lbs. I bought tribulas, and took it maybe a few times during pct..lol I still have the bottle. I stopped cause i researched alot about it and nothing supports the fact about natural test production. It may help the libido a bit, but i didnt waste my time takin it. Taking zinc before bed is nice. Dont know how effective it is at raising natty test.

Yeah, what's frustrating about the research on Tribulus is how inconsistent and unprofessional it's been. Wikipedia only mentions three different studies in three different decades I think: one of them from one of the producers (do those even count?), another saying it's ineffective in young men (is it effective in any other kind of men) and a third one puts it against Test propionate and Tribulus comes out winning as if it were either more potent or at least faster acting (WTF!).

Please, don't get me wrong, guys. I'm doing a regular PCT with Nolva 40/40/20/20 (still on my first week). All these supplements are just that: supplementing.
The reason why I decided to add Tribulus to the mix is because once, years ago, I read someone rave on how it's supposed to help you rise your testosterone levels back to normal.

I can recommend a reputable pharmacy (Tribulus) http://healthcareshop247.com/item.php?id=3635&aid=9210 I received the order and it was on time and the pills work great.

Just because your libido has risen does not necessarily mean that your HTPA suppression is reversed.

If you want a real PCT look into doing a 100mcg shot of triptorelin, and watch your test levels go back to normal within 10 days and stay there.

Only problem with it is you have to really trust your source to supply you with accurate dosage, otherwise you risk shutting down your HTPA forever.

I'd still rather put my money on clomid and aromasin for bringing my boys back than tribulus.
