AnonOk listen here !!!!
I thought I had taken too much Arimadex, I was experiencing almost all the symptoms Dossier mentions below for low Estro, So I decided to stop all AI all together . Im glad when I did that I also made the decision to get blood work. Because two weeks of no AI and my blood revealed Estro of 148 !!
So the point is ,yes its good to be aware of what you are feeling, but you MUST confirm that with a blood test !!!!
AnonI have been dosing 25mg of aromasin as well as 40 mg of Pharmaceutical tamoxifen ED for about 2 or 3 weeks now (I have it written down). I want to make sure the aromasin is legit before I depend on it and getting blood-work this week.
I should have put more info here. I am 42 205lb 12 to 14 % Bf. Running 600eq and 800 test e a week. started aromisin 3 weeks in. I have not noticed any painful joints from to low of estro since begining ai, I have experienced that years ago with a ph, but that another story. Without details I aquired ai here through a source with a good review from a prominent long term member, so i assume its good. I began running at higher level strictly because sometimes I feal a little emotional, LOL. Seriously though I sometimes feal emotionaly high estro, so I assume its high, I however dont want to take too high of a dose to effect my cycle. I also ran dbol for the first 4 weeks.
zewitry lowing your test to 600mg that will help also. At your age you might have already had high estro to start with.
12.5mg ED if more you sure can do that. I would also by some adex and take it at .25mg E3D
I've used 25mg before with zero issues. All with legit lab proven Aromasin. So it honestly depends on the user and the cycle being run makes a huge difference. Also how and why ur using the Aromasin. I used 25mg to combat acne from running bunk MPR aromasin and developed cystic acne. Ran Mutas Aro at 25mg til the acne went away. No issues whatsoever. In two weeks acne was 90% gone.
Moral of the story is there is no blank statement on how much to run of anything. Each of us is different and the way ur using a compound matters as well.
mr127superdeethe trick is keeping your estro levels between 22 and 28 over 30 is too high in my opinion 20 is too low
mr127superdeeabsolutely too the point were you crash your e2 so hard you can run 600mgs of test e and not feel any boost happend to me
Same thing to me... Was running 12.5 eod and had to drop it to 6.25 eod... To low of estro sucks
mr127superdeeyes for me to the point where i try to stick to adex as much as possible its not as good as aromasin true but damn that aromasin is an unforgiving bitch unless you get those doses right for your body
you can use too much of anything bro.... You can die from drinking too much water... LOL so YES thats too much
Anonyeah bro. it is possible to over do it on aromasin. let me ask you something? you said "you're feeling high estro". what are you feeling?
using an AI can be tricky for some people. reasons include but not limited to them not starting the aro at the right time of their cycle, which could cause estro to get too high before they decide to kick in the aro. additionally, aromatization rates vary from one compound to the next and dosages play a role in this as well.
AIs only inhibit aromatization (conversion of testosterone to estrogen). so, if estro is too high when the AI is incorporated, the AI will contribute by disallowing further conversion while your body processes the circulating estrogen. taking the AI is a step in the right direction, if this were your case. it doesn't take too long for estrogen levels to stablize as long as you're controlling them at the conversion point.
our bodies need a certain amount of estrogen to function properly. too much yeilds sides that we want to avoid. likewise, too little estrogen yeilds a host of sides that should be avoided also. getting the dosage right is key here, and it may be different for you than it is for me or the next man. your labs can play a huge role here to help you learn your body for future cycles.
standard dosages typically run at 12.5mg eod while on cycle. from there, you can adjust upward or downward depending on your body. too much aro and your estro tanks = bad for you. not enough aro and your estro gets out of control = bad for you. i want to emphasize running blood work to give the big picture of where your levels are at with the dosages you're running.
food for thought regarding low estrogen.. below are some of the sides associated with low estrogen in men. you'll notice that some are very similar to high estrogen:
Heart pump changes, fluttering sensation due to lower blood pressure.
Hair follicle inflammation - excessive hair growth.
Fatigue and depression.
Anxiety
Joint Cracking or Soreness
Increased risk for fractures
Body temperature changes.
Decreased sexual libido
Skin irritations
Skin changes; hyperpigmentation or pale-looking skin.
Vocal changes
Weight gain
Gonad size changes
Body odor changes
Hope this is helpful..
Anon25mg a day, if its REAL aromasin will borderline cripple you in pain.
Since the 3 of us aren't tagteaming all the forums....the newbs got ai dosing all jacked up. Writing 25aro and vice on the adex. Some goofs are pushing .5Ed adex!
mr127superdeeWhat!? lol thats actually not funny lets try too clean this up!
Im with ya!
x2 def too much, ud be feelin like poop!
You can certainly run it too high. Any AI ran too high will lower your estro too much, you'll get stiff / achey joints and it can also harm your gains. Depending on what cycle you're running, (which I don't know), 25mg = too much.
Personally I tend to work on 6.25mg/day unless I see signs of gyno. If you don't have of those signs, drop it back some.
The answer to your first question is yes u can use to much and drop your estrogen levels to low. Secondly the best way to tell is with blood work to see where your levels are. 25 might not be to much but that dose is on the high end. Bodyfat % can play a big role in estrogen conversion. Remember it's your body and we all respond differently to compounds. But there no substitute for bloodwork.
