+ 2 Severe anxiety

ad

Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone has experienced the same side affects of clomid as myself. I get severe anxiety, it come to the point where I don't feel safe to drive as my axiety flares off. I also have panic attacks.

I am on clomid 50mg a day. Nolvadex 20mg a day. Have been on for 2 weeks. May drop clomid all together!

Thanks

It's not just the clomid. It's definitely the shit androgen levels as well. I have panic attacks like you, general speaking. I have good periods and bad periods, but since getting on TRT (free test was only 230, estradiol 11), I've only had one bout of anxiety in almost a year, and it was kind of justified because it was related to a prescription drug interaction. You want to worry like a bitch? Simply drop your androgens like we do during PCT. Add on the estrogenic influence from clomid and uh, yeah, anyone at all anxiety prone is going to be having a rough go at it.

I should add that since being on TRT even the way I react to T3 (I'm hypothyroid naturally) is completely different and so is my general response to stimulants. Testosterone's a hell of a drug and it's the epicenter of male existence mentally, metabolically, everything.

Thank you for your detailed response. Glad to hear it was not only me getting panic attacks I am on my last week of clomid, so hopefully i should be feeling slightly better. TRT can improve the quality of life in many, especially those who have low testosterone levels naturally. I agree Androgens have a big play in our hormones and how we feel. I have since been taking vitamin b6 as it helps with hormones and my panic attack have dramatically reduced.

I can't stand clomid!! Cut the dose in half or a third.

Shit ducked and up.

The anxiety is your body's response to the hormonal influx it is going through, estrogen and testosterone as well as dht and dopamine levels are all over the place, clomid has a tendency to play a larger factor in this. Feeling emotional, out of touch and anxiety imo is normal during a pct. if you continue to have issues that involve physical changes, consult your physician and schedule an appointment with an endocrinologist.

Thanks for the advice bro!, Not long to go now!

Agree with below, your homones are out of whack and trying to get back to normal. And clomid itself is both estrogenic and anti-estrogenic depending on which tissue it is acting upon. Those estrogenic sides can really mess with men. So that combo can be a real pain in the arse during pct

Theyve isolated the isomers (enclomiphene non estro/ zuclomiphen estro) so maybe one day enclomiphene will be the go to pct choice.

Pharma grade bro. Only take pharma. Yeah the anxiety is whats killing me. Got to ride it out a few more days, then will switch to nolvadex.

Thanks for your input

Well id blame part of it on the serms and part of it on the fact your in pct and your hormones are all over the place, that can cause alot emotional side effects. Fuck I used to hate pct, dreams about my exs, depressed, just shitty overall feeling. Then clomid on its own will fuck with many guys heads making them more emotional. i dont have an issue with anxiety, but pct and the drugs definitely made me more emotional and depressed and stuff.

Thanks for your feedback bro! Yeah its a complete nightmare, can agree with you on the dreams and depression. Really hits you hard! Cant wait to come off it!
