I run Proviron with every test cycle as it im proves the effectiveness of the test. It will also help with estro, as will the mast and winny, Tren? Caber or prami sonny unless you have the desire to breast feed. No Nolva on cycle for me, makes my shoulders and elbows ache really bad. Maybe medex is onto something I never considered, I just dropped it. Your cycle and doses don't scream estro problems but always have something on hand. Me personally I like Aroma, it kills the estro verses neutralizing it like adex. A lot of people get sides from adex as well as a rebound effect when they stop taking it. It depends alot on what gear ur running on ur cycle mostly people here use adex or asin both very effective but could also backfire if ur not taking bloods and making sure of ur e2 levels but yea u should state what ur guna run and for how long so u can get some good advice also look pct ai forum lots of good info there. I personally use adex through out my cycle but to each their own regardless u do have to run ai during cycle just to be safe . Hope this helps

Nolva decreases IGF-1. I wouldnt do it on cycle. I have; and, i have read about other guys taking it for prevention. I believe it caused me to have tendonitis. Proviron helps your Test work better.
