Will proviron help with estro issues/sides? Will it help keep esrto numbers low without using an ai? Or, should one use an ai while using provi?

Back in my early years all we had was NOLVA and PROVIRON and they worked great.

I was using just as much exemestane as I would have used without provi. I ran mast prop for the last two weeks of my cycle and found I got creaky joints, so I backed off the stane. Masteron is better than proviron at HELPING to keep estro in check in my experience. I feel I'm gyno prone, so I'll always use an AI.
AnonI would not recommend proviron as the only method to control estro on cycle. Some guys might be able to get away with it because they are not prone to estro sides but I wouldn't take the risk and would always have a dedicated AI on hand, as I am not one of those people lol. If there is any AI benefit with proviron, I think its minimal at best. Great libido boost though!
