possible gyno on test deca cycle. am i taking the right things?
Hello,
I am on a test and deca cycle, in week 8 right now.
400mg test PW
200mg deca PW
adex 0.25mg EOD
1000iu HCG once per week.
About 10 days ago i noticed that my nipples got puffy, which i though was ok since i felt bloated. But i can also feel small hard lumps under my nipples. Especially my right one. The lumps are small, close to pea sized. The nipples feel normal, they are not painful or sensitive to touch, but the lump makes the nipple stick out more and this can bee seen through a shirt.
So i started taking 20mg nolva ED, along with bromocriptine 2.5mg ED.
I also increased my adex to 0.25mg ED.
During this time the lumps have not grown, but they have not decreased in size either.
So i would like to ask what would you recommend to do at this point? Are my dosages good?
I use adex and bromocriptine because that is all i have access to and i can get them from a pharmacy. I am also thinking of switching to aromasin (also pharma) for an AI, would that be a better choice?
Would like to hear from someone more knowledgeable what my dosage of these compounds should be, as well as when i should expect my condition to get better, and when i should start worrying if it's not getting better.
Could it also be that this is in fact not true gyno and the lumps will go away after cycle?

As said below, bloods are the only way to be sure. Glad you're lowering your hcg. That raises estro as well. Your cycle doses are reasonable, but everyone is different. I need an AI on my trt dose. Upping your AI is okay for now, but again, without bloods, you could potentially risk crashing your estro over time. Just keep a close eye on it.
Thanks for your replies.
Because of the healthcare system being the way it is in my country, earliest time i could get bloodwork done is about 4-6 weeks from now, which i will do, but it's a long time away.
I have switched to aromasin today, 12.5mg ED, ill see how it goes. I am also thinking of skipping my next HCG shot (i do HCG on mondays), and see how that turns out for me. If i do start taking HCG again i will do no more than 500IU.
I remember my last cycle before this one i did test only at 500mg, and when i started hcg i got puffy nipples in a couple of weeks, so dropping HCG might actually help.
Also on a side note, how much harder it is to recover from a long test/deca cycle (20 weeks) if i dont use HCG during the cycle?
Any other comments are appreciated.
Fair enough but just be aware of that bloods are usually mandatory to see what's really going on. Other than that, it's only poking around in the dark.
Aromasin takes a while to build up in your system. At the end of a cycle, I transition to aromasin as well. I taper down the adex over 4 days while taking my aromasin. Just as a sidenote.
For me personally, I've never experienced the benefits from HCG and recovered absolutely fine without it. But that's just me, this doesn't mean it's the "go to" approach for others. I've seen people who really benefitted of taking hcg.
So, same here. Bloods will give you an idea of if you really need it or not.
First thing I'd do is getting bloods.
Next steps would be to lower HCG. For me, HCG causes a spike in estro and not giving me the benefits like for others.
Further, I'd get some caber or continue with bromo.
Also, nolva and adex do lower their effectivity. I'd rather get my hands on Raloxifene if you want to continue your cycle, or as you already thought of, switching to aromasin.
This calls for blood work, female hormone panel and prolactin. Good starting place would be stopping the HCG or drop it down to 500ius/split.
musseldawg69Yeah u probably should have started with nolvadex , I take 10mg a day on cycle but I know with the lump I have once im off cycle it starts to decrease after a couple of months, I only have a lump in one nip I believe its from a test deca cycle but also from my test being to high and also I wasnt taking nolva, yes I do believe once ur off cycle if its not huge itll go away but beings you have it I would always run nolva every cycle although 20 a day is much but u can afford it go for it *note this is my beliefs and it is what keeps this lump I have down and what I have experienced im no expert, ive had mammograms ultrasound etc to be sure it wasnt cancer if u have a family history of cancer u might consider it to
