PCT when to start the great debate
So many conflicting points of view I thought I would offer this up for some good debate
In Anthony Roberts article Post Cycle Therapy (http://www.isteroids.com/steroids/Post%20Cycle%20Threapy%20(PCT).html)
He claims to start therapy as soon as possible and I quote
" There is no evidence to suggest waiting any length of time after your cycle is over will increase PCT effectiveness…it simply prolongs the time you aren’t doing anything positive "
On the other side of the coin
This quote came from http://pct.befit4free.net/
"Most people start their PCT too early and wonder why they feel like complete shit after finishing their PCT. It is because they began their PCT when they were still suppressed, possibly even finishing PCT while there was still exogenous testosterone suppressing natural production".
I was hoping a few of the people that really know what there doing to have a read and give there points of view.
Happy debating

Well I'am waiting 3 weeks from my last pin of my test only cycle. People will argue to 2 or 3 weeks, I honestly don't think it matters all that much. Maybe meeting in the middle, at like 18 days after last pin, would be ideal
yeah theres too much conflicting data out there. sometimes you just gotta try one and pick the other next time and see which worked better. I started clomid a week ago which was 10 days after my last pin. I read around 10 is early enough. alot of people will tell you 2 weeks (to be on the safe side) but I PERSONALLY felt that would be way too long to wait. Yes I also used enanthate.
i was told that when your done your cycle you should do 3weeks of nolvadex then 3 weeks of clomid after that . that clomid should be only taken 3 weeks from the last pin and not before .. is this way off ? Have i been misinformed all this time?
27 days after prop taper? even with cyp its only 18(ish)... that's one broken calculator
This is an accurate/standard "rule of thumb" that has worked for "me":

Short ester cycles solves both problems bro ; )
So it would be smart to finish with short esters, then pct?
