Hello there..
im about to start
1-10 500mg sust ew
1-4 50mg oxy ed
is both nolva and adex needed for this ? i know they dont do the same, but i was wondering if 8-10 0,5mg adex + 10-12 1mg adex OR 10-12 40mg nolva + 12-14 20mg nolva would be sufficient ?
(will be combined with HCG 2500UI e5d 10-12)

AnonAdex when you are on the cycle from day one so week 1-13 0.5mg eod and keep the nolva for pct
Standard nolva only pct is 40/40/20/20 and you have to wait 21 days from your last sust shot. You need to replan the whole cycle
Also either use hcg on cycle or just before pct the last 3-4 weeks. You need aromasin to run hcg on your pct. 2500iu e5d is wrong you are better of doing 500iu ed.
