Anadrol/Anapolan: 8 - 12 hours after last administration
Deca: 3 weeks after last injection and clomid for 4 weeks
Dianabol: 4 - 8 hours after last administration
Equipoise: 17 - 21 days after last injection
Fina/Tren: 3 days after last injection
Primobolan depot: 10 - 14 days after last injection
Sustanon: 3 weeks after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate: 2 weeks after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 2 weeks after last injection
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension: 4 - 8 hours after last administration
Winstrol: 8 - 12 hours after last administration

I've read that cyp is 18 days compared to the 14 for enan since it's a little longer ester...do you disagree? Great post man, people need to have easy access to this info.

sorry lads but im about to do someones nut in i can tell lol,
but PCT still confuses the shizz outta me.
i no what its for and when i should start taking it,
but still not 100% on how much i should take?
ive got plenty of clomid 50mg tabs and also nolvadex 10mg tabs
i see on HOW TO RUN A CYCLE. they recomend doing;
Week 1&2: 40mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day
Week 3&4: 20mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day
i have seen so many different suggestions on pct its crazyyy.
taking 4 pills a day is gunna be a pain in the arse, could i not just swap to 1tab 50mg of clomid a day? for week 1 & 2 then 3 & 4 do two 10mg tabs of nolav?
or am i just being dumb an should stick to;

i am on 600mg of test a week and 50mg a day on oxy's, running for 12weeks on test and 4 weeks on oxys,

40/40/20/20 nolva is a standard PCT bro
(IMO) clomid is outdated, but many still use it with good results (mainly with a clomid/nolva stack)
and (personally) i run an AI through EVERY cycle, my choice being armidex @.25ed (though the most standard dose is .5eod)

General rule of thumb is 10 days - 2wks. Personally, I don't come come off long esters, I ALWAYS taper my cycle with prop (but thats just me)
