Nolvadex PCT help

Im about to start a cycle of test E 500mg wk for 10 weeks and anadrol 100mg e/d for 4 weeks. Im gonna be making a order for nolvadex but im trying to see how many i should get. they come in 50mg caps. I was googling how long on a test e cycle and they were saying 2 weeks after cycle which i know, start first day 100 mg then the rest 50mg for 3 weeks. Ive heard some people say on here do it for 4 weeks. Can someone please help me on how much i should take and how long knowing i get 50mg caps. I gotta make the order soon. Thanks guys

I think ima stick with the clomid for now. ima do 100/100/50/50. thanks bros!
If this is your first cycle you should leave out the anadrol and just do the test e. You should be able to know how to haldle the sides from a simple test cycle first. You won't need to split the caps, I never did the double dose the first week off and never had problems. Jpal has the dose laid out for you, if its nolvadex brand it should come in 20mg caps. Pct products are the one thing that you wanna know for sure you have the real deal. Spend the money for a reliable brand of pct or watch your gains go bye bye not to mention your libido.
yea i hear you. ima look into it. this is my 3rd cycle. havent done it in years though and before i had no clue about pct id just do the gear and thats it. didnt do it long enough to mess me up though luckily.
Yea I'm.not a big fan of oral steroids to start with. I used to think they were great till I started researching more and found how taxing they can be on the liver. I have 200 some danabols that I'm in no big hurry to use. I'm not one to try to pedal shit at the gym though so they'll probably grow old in my cupboard.

the thing is its 50mg caps. idk if i should open it up and just swallow half of the powder. yano what im saying? Ima have some clomid too it comes with the order.
This is why I hate caps and always use pills.There's a lot of debate about it on here but the truth is most of what's in the cap is mostly filler.So how do you know if you split the contents of the cap your not consuming the adex nolva or whatever one day and taking just filler the next.Pills are mixed so the filler and product are more evenly mixed and are made to split hence the line through them.
So true man. Im curious how many im gettin as the gift from this source (you should know who im talkin about) of clomid. I was originally gonna do that instead of nolva.

Its 10 days after your last pin with test e you should start running PCT 20-40mg a day for 3-4 weeks every one is different throw some clomid or arimidex. YOU cant never haveto many ancillieries when it comes down to side effects. LETRO for SURE
you should get nolva and clomid nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 100/100/50/50
