They can remove the gland and then move fat around to fill in the void if you get the surgery, so the nips won't sink in. But this is all based on your surgeons technique and skill. If that was my friend the first thing i would do is tell him to go have his hormone levels checked and then surgery might be a possibility. If there are hard lumps they prlly won't go away but they can shrink down somewhat over time.

Ok well i will tell him to have that done hopfully he will listen but do u think if he was to take a strong AI would they get smaller over time?

If its been there since puberty it prlly won't do anything but put him at more risk with low estro. If he wants to take the drug route the best thing to do for him is have his blood tested then consult a doc. If it bothers him that much I think he should at least research the surgery, it's not like any noticeable scars will be left.. If not then he has to just get used to it. Askem if they are sensitive also, if his nips are then that might be a indication of a hormone imbalance

Ok thanks will do i will ask him tha next time i see him ill do anything to help tha guy out caint imagine it bein easy growing up with woman tits:/

also if he decides to get surgery it might be best for him to tell the doc how painful they are and he can't even sleep on his chest at night etc. Much better chance of insurance covering it.

He dont have insurance but his feeling toward it is he has herd every boob joke known to man and he dont wanna do surgury the cons out weigh the pros and he will just live with it if that what it come down to it

Well if he has had them since puberty he most likely will have to get them surgically removed.

sounds glandular, but on the upside, if he gets the surgery and then decides one day to use steroids, gyno will not a concern for him!

someone posted it above, a quality surgeon can move fat around so the nipple doesn't sink in for full gland removal. if the entire gland is removed, you will never get glandular gyno again, you can always turn fat ass though and grow fat boobs. heh
