You should really have been on an AI during your cycle. I would recommend aromasin for your oct specifically.

Yes. It drives me nuts when an OP posts his cycle after he's completed it or is 7/8 the way completed! What's the purpose? Now that he's almost done, the pct and AI questions come up!?! Smh....

You just turned 25! You rushed into your cycle and now your asking us to help you out. You should NOT be asking a question like this during your cycle. Have you even attempted to get blood work done? I mean i hate to be a dick but man you are asking about PCT two weeks before you end your cycle. You are lucky people on here are nice enough to do the research for you.
lol this is a pretty big misunderstanding. He's referring to pct as anti estrogens. The the op, let me explain, anti estrogens are what you take on cycle ( arimidex/aromasin) to control aromatisation of what you're taking. Nolvadex and Clomid are both part of the pct (post cycle therapy) that helps to bring back your natural hormone levels. The usual dosage is two weeks after last pin in your case, Nolvadex is used at 40mg every day for two weeks, then cutting the dosage in half (to 20mg) for the next two weeks. At the same time Clomid is taken at 100mg every day for the first two weeks, followed by 50mg every day for the next two weeks. If english is not your first language please let us know, perhaps someone might be able to translate for you.

1) PCT - most important part
2) Anti estrogen - needed to control your e2
3) ancillaries - things like liver support
4) your actual compounds

well i was going to ask what should i do for my next cycle not doing anything anytime soon but when i do should i just stick with Test E and will do and make sure to have all my ducks in a row before i start a new cycle ever

three vials total i am almost done with my last vial and i am just wondering how many i should be taking daily and how many weeks and when after my cycle ends
TronI'm not trying to come off as an asshole here.. but Bro, you should have had these answers before you ever started your cycle! Now you are 2 weeks away from finishing and have no PCT planned??? Have you been taking ANY AI at all??? PCT should be the FIRST thing you plan because that is what makes you recover, keep your gains, and get your natural test back! ..can someone else jump in here and help this man out?? I just don't have the energy right now...
