Minor Gyno Solutions

ad

Hello all,
I recently just made my eroids account but have been using the site for research for some time now. I recently finished up a cycle and was looking to get rid of minor gyno. I'd like to say the puffiness was slightly visible before the cycle but I fear it may get worse. I have been running Letro 2.5mg ED for 3 weeks now, when I added in Nolva the gyno flared up and was visibly worse. I have done research on Ralo and am interested in trying this next. I am almost out of the Letro which seems to have kept it from getting worse. I've only heard great things about Raloxifene helping with gyno and was interested in trying it out next. Anyone recently used Raloxifene to help with gyno? Did you try Letro at all and did it work too? My lumps are very small and if I lean a certain way you can see the puffiness and protrusion of the nipple. I've looked at gyno pictures and it seems to me that mine is very minor. Next up is raloxifene when I can find a good source. Any advice/help is greatly appreciate.
Thanks,
sboot

Well I have gyno from puberty that is already a hard lump and will not ever go away. I've tried every protocol on the web. Letro, caber, ralox, nolva etc and combinations of them. Once it's solid it's solid and there's nothing you can do about it but surgery. If yours just formed get a serm on that ASAP before it's permanent. Ralox does show to be slightly more effective in clinical trials than nolva.

I've struggled with gyno and ralo is the way to go. Make sure you taper off letro or you could have a big estrogen rebound which won't do anything for your lumps. Best advice anyone gave me was making sure you're getting pharmaceutical grade stuff for your SERMS and AI's. Even the top rated research sources can unknowingly put out a bunk batch

I found ralo from a source on here but I'm not sure it is pharm grade quality. I've already finished the letro off and am hoping the ralo can do what the letro didn't. I don't think it is as bad as it could be as I've seen fluctuation from the letro/nolva. I think when I get my hands on pharm grade ralo I have a chance with my steady diet and work towards sculpting a better chest. Been looking for someone who has recently used ralo and can help find pharm grade.

Ralo is something that you'll have to take 4-6 months to see good results, if not longer. I use a research company, but I know if you look through the sources you'll find some that have pharma grade ralo

just hoping the ralo I picked up is good quality. Heard good things about ralo working for gyno

going to run the ralo 120mg/d first week and then 60mg/d from there until its gone alongside osta at 90mg/d. hoping the ralo takes care of what the letro couldnt. letro kept the gyno from flaring up. when I ran the letro with nolva it got worst.

Letro, aromasin and arimidex are aromatase inhibitors (AI). An AI should be used on cycle to keep estrogen within range thus preventing gyno from being an issue. Once estrogen rises and gyno occurs your best chance at remission is using a SERM (ralox or nolva).

Stop taking letro, letro is a powerful AI and AIs do nothing to cure preexisting gyno. If you want to reverse gyno then SERM therapy is your best chance short of surgery. If you have been taking 2.5 mg/ED for 3 weeks then your e2 is non existent. Having low e2 is very unhealthy.

If you have lumps then you should go to a doctor in order to be properly diagnosed. SERMs can take a long time to treat gyno. Anywhere from 3 to 9 months plus. Keep in mind that gyno begins in a florid stage and becomes more fibrous with time. SERM therapy has the best results before a lump has become fibrous.

You can continue taking nolva at 20 mg/ED until symptoms subside. Ralox has more of an affinity to bind to e2 receptors in breast tissue making it slightly more effective than nolva at treating gyno. If you choose to use ralox then dose it at 120 mg/day for the first week and 60 mg/day thereafter until your lump has receded

Greatly appreciate your post. I'm going to start ralo tomorrow at 120mg for week 1 and 60mgflr week 2. I have liquid nolva but when I adddd that to my PCT with the letro I saw a bit of a flare in my nipples. I ran letro for a week and added nolva second week. Cut the nolva lit once I realized its negative effect. For now I'm going to run ralo. Any ideas on how long to run it? I have liquid ralo I hope is potent if not I can use help finding a solid ralo source.

Stop taking letro! AIs will not treat gyno, but they will lower your your e2 to an unhealthy range if taken during PCT.

Gyno treatment can be a long process. No one can tell you definitively how long it will take because every case is different. You should expect that it will take at least 4-6 weeks before symptoms begin to subside. For complete remission expect 3-9 months plus depending on the severity of your gyno.

I'm going to give the Raloxifene a shot. I stopped taking the letro. For the next 4 weeks I'll be running osta and ralo. Really hoping the ralo can go in there and do its job I understand it may take awhile. As for the lumps they are very small, been there a few years definitely not juSt from this past cycle. Chest looks fine when erect but it's hard to wear a Tshirt without noticeable puffy nips. That's my current struggle.
