legal status of research chemicals

ad

Hi, I apologize if this is a re post but i have been searching all morning and cannot seem to find any information.
I am interested in some research liquid arimidex(anastrozole) and nolvadex(tamoxofin). I am trying to figure out the legal status of said substances. I understand for both to be completely legal, they require a prescription to consume, but what kind of charges would you be looking at if you were in possession of these research chemicals without a prescription?
thanks in advance!

If you are interested in the adex and nolva you are probably contemplating taking AAS also or already have. For you, I would highly recommend that you stay away from both since they are illegal and you could end up in jail.

They are not controlled substances is the US. That's why you can buy them from a company that is legit with an FEIN and merchant service to take credit cards. Therefore possession or purchase is not illegal. What is illegal about it is using it without a prescription. But that charge stems more from the use of prescribed drugs that were prescribed to other people. Sooo that said the research chems aren't prescribed so I think you really need to talk to a lawyer if you want a better answer. But even if it is illegal that charge varies state by state but is usually a misdemeanor that is very hard to prove you actually did it.

I don't think it matter if the drug is in pill or liquid form so the status would be the same as having a bottle of cialis, viagra, clen or whatever from a phsrmacy. without a valid prescription you are possesing it illegally. Whether somebody gives you shit about it is up to them. Generally, not getting caught with it is the idea.

Depends on what state/country you live in and how much is in ur possession.... and whether or not u get caught...

sorry for the lack of information. more specifically Ohio, USA. I understand bulk amount/personal use would make a difference, I was just hoping to get some information on this. I tried looking on government sites and could not find specifics. would one 30ml bottle of either of these chemicals be a misdemeanor , or a felony charge? if anyone has a link to some of this information that would be awesome!
thanks for the response

Well...technically 1cc=1gram...if its for research and u have it at the lab for use on rats, then they need a warrant to search your premises. As far as a misdemeanor, or felony, in Ohio, you would have to check the laws there. They are both prescription drugs and u could get a possession of dangerous drug charge without a script, if you got caught with it in your possession outside your lab, or private domicile.

It looks like it might be a misdemeanor...
