high cholesterol with aas

hi, i checked my cholesterol level and they was bad.
hdl(bad cholesterol) are high and total colestrol too.
how i can avoid to increase my chol. level with my next cycle with d.bo,deca and testo?
aromadex or nolvadex during cycle can help me?

ldl is bad cholesterol....
aas can modify them...

look into Policosanol and Niacin both are really good for healthy cholesterol levels
56tooWell a clean diet,cardio and supplements ie Lipid Stabil,fish oil. Nolva is a good choice for estro control if it doesnt get too bad and has been proven to even raise hdl. Ai's on the other hand will be detrimental to your lipids
BostonThey was high huh? Well taking time off from gear, and supplementing with fish oils and cardio is your best bet. AAS are know to cause cholesterol issues.
