Help with first cycle nolva? Armi

So I got gyno from playing with prohormones in one breast. It's not so bad to where it bugs me. I am doing my first cycle I'm running 500mgs of test cyp and 20mgs of dbol. I have a box of nolva 50mgs and a box of arimidex. Should I take .5mg a day of the ari or 10mg Ed of nolva? I'm reading soo many mixed opinions I'm soo confused. I have a little bit of a gut I'm trying to get rid of I mean should I just run the winstrol first instead of the dbol? Or if I run dbol and swell then run the winstrol? I'm trying to bulk up but this gut is got to go. Thanks for your help I really appreciate any advice or criticism.

If your asking for advice now when your already in your cycle you didnt give to much thought into all this.
Taking some Nolva 20mg EOD and drop your oral as well Dbol has a very high estrogen conversion rate.
Existing gyno and dbol do not mix. You are going to be pouring gas on the fire.
Winstrol is not a fat burner. It will not get rid of your gut.
This whole post screams that you are not ready to run a cycle yet.
Looks like you have that shit staying hope you get shot of it but sounds like your last resort oral wise is letro.Yes I have have heard people reducing with Adex and Nolva but having it for 3 years doubt they will do anything but help keep Estro in check or crashed.Personally I would not run the cycle try get bloods and buy some Pharma Letro and start studying how to use them,get the body fat low as possible before your cycle but bloods will show you the way for real.Well I would say that's the sensible solution in my opinion..

my advices are do not use the orals if you have true gyno. nolva is pct and not on cycle treatment.
letro can help and i do not know the dosages for gyno. i know some use letro and nolva by theirselves, no gears to remove the gyno. maybe get the surgery first before using gear?
Nolvadex will help fix gyno while on cycle
If it is gland I do not know that it works, I think surgery is only option. Yes you can take nolva on cycle. My english is bad and sometimes my intent message is lost in translation. I think my user name is good one for me.
Well it's really not bad it doesn't itch or anything it's a little lump under the nipple. I was taking the prohormones and didn't read up or anything I was being stupid it's been this way for 3 yrs. I don't have 4000$ so.
If you had it for 3 years I'd post up a pic and ask I have no idea about what to tell you but wait for a vet
