HELP!

ad

Holy crap! I just finished my PCT (standard 40/40/20/20 and 100/100/50/50) and used HCG for last 7 weeks of cycle and up to PCT. I did everything but the books. Has a Testosterone level check and just got the results, 79.6!!! someone please help me, I need advice. Should I run a second PCT? Do another HCG blast? Am I TRT bound??

EDIT.... Just got LH/FSH results. They were 0.1 and 0.3 respectively. Extremely low...

I will follow the advice and begin HCG blast followed by another PCT.

THANKS ALL!

UPDATE:

I've been running HCG for about 14 days now,

My test levels are at 471 as of yesterday

LH/FSH still low at 0.1 and >0.2 respectively (I believe due to HCG use)

Would experienced users recommend another PCT to follow the HCG blast?

Or should I just ride it out with no additional PCT??

IronStrength's picture

LH/FSH values were extremely low, 0.1 and 0.3 respectively. HCG blast then possibly another PCT

I would do everything in my power to bring your natural production back, before going down the dreaded trt route. I would do just about anything not to be in trt.

IronStrength's picture

To me TRT doesn't sound all that bad, but I will STRONGLY listen to the overwhelming advice and do ANYTHING I can to come back online naturally. Thanks brother!

vhman's picture

It doesn't sound bad, but it sucks. Been on it almost four years and it's a complete drag. You're a slave to the pin and it gets old so fast. You have to plan everything around it. Scar tissues build up. Also, your body runs better naturally. Shutting down all natural production also shuts down other things as well.
It's not a constant cycle, with all these wonderful benefits. Natural production is 100 times better and I would do everything to keep that as long as you can.

IronStrength's picture

Heard brother. I'm doing everything possible.

Thanks.

vhman's picture

Excellent. Give it your best and see where you land. Going on trt is better than no test at all, but it's not glamorous or something to shoot for. That's my point. Best of luck.

IronStrength's picture

Gotcha. Thank you!

Bro . It depends on what was your cycle and how long ?
Primo or test or another things except deca , npp or anyone of tren Will be a bit slower recover , did you do any blood test for e2 or prolactin .if you used what I mentioned above .

IronStrength's picture

are you saying 5000 while on cycle? Or the blast before PCT? How long should I run 5000 iu??

IronStrength's picture

FYI, the more I think about this, it just doesn't make sense that my levels would be that low. I think the results may be inaccurate. If my levels were 79.6, wouldn't I feel like shit? And I don't. I actually feel great.

I had another level check today from a different lab and hope to have results tomorrow.

I will post new results.

SenseiMiagi's picture

Maybe a silly question, but is your test measured in nmol/l, or ng/dl? 79 nmol/l = roughly 1154 ng/dl which of course would be a high normal reading. Maybe there is no issue?

IronStrength's picture

Unfortunately it's ng/dl. I think it may be inaccurate though. I retested today and will get results hopefully tomorrow.

Makwa's picture

Hopefully you tested your LH and FSH also. That way if your T level is still low you will know if the problem lies in the feedback loop or if your nuts are getting the signal but just not producing T.

IronStrength's picture

Yes I did.

IronStrength's picture

What would be the difference in how to approach each problem?

Makwa's picture

You are either dealing with primary or secondary hypogonadism

Primary - known as primary testicular failure — originates from a problem in the testicles.
Secondary - indicates a problem in the hypothalamus or the pituitary gland

If your LH/FSH are normal you have primary and are pretty much screwed. No point in running another PCT because you have already rebooted your system but your nuts just aren't producing test anymore. See your doctor about TRT.
With secondary, you still have a chance to reboot the signal and see what happens so I would run another PCT and see if you can get things fired back up again.

IronStrength's picture

Thanks brother! I will post the results once I get them. I'm hoping it's a feedback issue, but at worst I'll just be on TRT, and that can't be all that bad right? I won't have to worry about PCT and coming off ever again... Won't be able to have anymore kids, which doesn't bother me that much....

Any other down sides for TRT and blast and cruise??

Makwa's picture

TRT sucks. It still doesn't feel the same as when you were producing test naturally and having to pin for the rest of your life just to feel somewhat normal gets old real fast. I would take natural levels and doing PCT any day over TRT.

IronStrength's picture

Are you on TRT?

Makwa's picture

Have been for a few years now.

IronStrength's picture

I'm sure we all will be eventually.... I'm keeping my fingers crossed my LH/FSH values are low...

Thanks brother.

IronStrength's picture

Me too, I'm just trying to look on the bright side and not raise my cortisol levels too much worrying about it while I wait for the results. Haha.

SenseiMiagi's picture

Rgr, worth a shot since you say you feel great. Hopefully it is innacurate and you dont have to go through more pct.

IronStrength's picture

Agreed. Worst case, run some HCG and hopefully get back to normal.

Engineereddisaster's picture

20 week cycle? Lol. Good luck with that recovery at 38. where did you get the idea that a 5 month cycle was a good idea?

IronStrength's picture

It was Primo, and the research I've done has all said longer cycles are best. Maybe just not for me...

Engineereddisaster's picture

Lol. I've never read about kickass recovery from a 5 month cycle especially at 38. Where is this research found?
Given that you were running long esters you probably didn't count the post pin/pre-pct time as on time either right? So you are looking at 6 months of shutdown nuts. That's too damn long.
But what do I know. I'm just a 39 year old bro with 800+ Natty test levels.

IronStrength's picture

Amazing natty test levels brother! Yeah, it was a long cycle. Won't run any more than 10-12 in the future. Gotta get my natty levels back first though.

Engineereddisaster's picture

It might be doable with time. I for damn sure wouldn't give up on them without a fight. Smile

IronStrength's picture

Agreed. I won't give up until I've exhausted every method.

Makwa's picture

What were your FSH and LH levels?

IronStrength's picture

Stupidly, I didn't test those.... Should I test them now?

Makwa's picture

Yes. That will tell you how you HPTA is functioning. I think you may have some bunk PCT. How long after PCT did you take those bloods? If it was shortly after you still should have jacked up levels just from the clomid alone.

IronStrength's picture

It was all pharma grade.

Pharma NOLVA with the proper printing from a reliable source, and BioLab Clomid from Thailand. I know they are both legit. HCG was also from a reliable source. And I was hanging full and low... That's why I didn't bother testing LH FSH. I thought I was good.

IrishMack's picture

Just because a "reliable" source sold it to you does not mean it was gtg. Pharma grade PCT comes from a doctor or a well known name brand, not a source. There has been plenty of posts of bunk pct coming from sources. Try a different brand from more research or if you can get actual prescription strength. You need to verify the pct before you think you are doomed. Do another one and after 2 weeks get bloods drawn again to see where you are at.

IronStrength's picture

The Nolva was brand name... The Clomid was BioLab. Pills he proper stamping and marking. I'm thinking the level may not be accurate. I just had another level check today from a different lab and am waiting the results. The reason I think it may be inaccurate is caus I actually feel really good. I would assume at 79.6 I would feel like shit, and I definitely don't.

IrishMack's picture

Its not so much they are bunk, but underdosing could be an issue as well. Thats why its important to get new bloods and alter your medication.

IronStrength's picture

Got new bloods done today, hope fully have he results tomorrow and then I'll make a decision on what to do. If the levels are in fact that low, I'll follow what Richard Simmons said above. Thanks for your help.

IronStrength's picture

If anything, maybe the BioLab Clomid were underdosed.

IronStrength's picture

I also have Klomen, which I know are gtg. Had a friend use them. Maybe I should have used the Klomen.

IronStrength's picture

Ok. Thanks.

SenseiMiagi's picture

I would do another full pct after an HCG blast. The HCG blast is your call for length and dose, but at the least 1000iu eod for 10 days...possibly even 21 days as Dick Simmons suggested below. Then another standard clomid/nolva pct. If after this point you have not recovered. Go see doc and discuss trt. Just my .02 and how I would deal if it were me.

IronStrength's picture

Thank you!

IronStrength's picture

So your first choice would be HCG 1000iu EOD for 21 days??
