Failed PCT or am I recovered? Re-run PCT with HCG?

ad

I ran a 500mg/wk Test E 12 week cycle with Anavar 50mg weeks 8-12. Here are my mid-cycle blood test results:

Test Serum: >1500 (348 - 1197)
LH: 0.1 (1.7 - 8.6)
FSH: <0.2 (1.5 - 12.4)
Estradiol: 19.1 (7.6 - 42.6)

I ran clomid 50/50/50/50 for PCT. The Anavar killed my libido and it has never recovered.

I ran blood test 1 month post PCT with these results (I ran the male hormone panel this time so no LH or FSH...dumb I know):

Test Serum: 148 (348 - 1197)
Test Free: 4.9 (5.0 - 21.0)
Estradiol Sensitive: <3 (3 - 70)

So I freaked thinking PCT failed so I put in some orders to run a new PCT. While I waited I ran another blood test, now 60 days after PCT ended:

Test Serum: 358 (348 - 1197)
LH: 2.5 (1.7 - 8.6)
FSH: 1.7 (1.5 - 12.4)
Estradiol: 21.3 (7.6 - 42.6)

I ordered HCG, Nolva, Clomid and Letro to run this PCT: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?hl=en_US&hl=en_US&key=0Alu0tyS7B... (Googled Failed PCT and found this on a steroidology forum post)

After the 1 month post PCT blood test I figured I was completely shutdown and that the HCG blast would be necessary. Now with the more recent blood test I'm not sure if I just need more time and/or should run PCT again. My main problem is my libido is shot!

Thoughts?

Mikey,

How about taking white-out and block out all of your personal information and post your entire lab? This is the only way to obtain accurate answers. If your libido is shot there's a reason why and it has never cured over time - For me any way. Post your prolactin count if you cannot post a scan of your entire panel. If you have not had your prolactin levels checked it is a real libido killer. Prolactin is typically a separate lab order and another fee, but I suggest you get it done if you have not already. What the gents say below is correct, however, you should be sportin wood sooner than later and you need to obtain and post the entire picture to get the help you might need. Might have another issue lurking.

I agree with the time frame and waiting. In addition, have you had a CBC/CMP lab draw?

I don't think I understand the problem. Did you run an AI during your cycle? It looks like you did. Your last bloods were within range and without having pre-cycle labs you do not have a good baseline to start from. All letro is gonna do is kill your estradiol and help boost your LH and FSH which are both already within range. Plus there is the fact that with letro you have serious rebound issues. This could potentially lead to gyno. To be honest you have accomplished all your going to with a PCT at this point. What you need is time. You will hopefully accomplish two things by giving yourself time. That would be to get as reasonably close to an original baseline level and to give your body a chance to come into homeostasis naturally. Your labs are not all that abnormal bud. It takes six months for natty production to rebound with out the aid of PCT. Your PCT was lacking nolva for the standard regiment on here. I like to use HCG in my PCT program because it reverses any atrophy I have in about 8-10 days.

Thanks for the feedback! The only reason I suggested that PCT I posted was because my first blood test showed LH and FSH in the tank. I see now that they have rebounded I don't need that specific PCT protocol but was curious if there was another PCT protocol that would speed up my rebound since I scewed up my first PCT.

Looks like I will just wait it out since things seem to be moving in the right direction and save all of this clomid, nolva, letro and HCG for if I do another cycle in the future.

That's a good idea. I would hang on to the letro though. It is a valuable commodity to have for gyno flare ups. Just keep it in the drawer for just in case situations. I think you probably would respond well to Aro or Adex. I have never seen letro used in a PCT and honestly cannot see the benefit of it except to reverse a gyno flare. Good luck bud!
