E2 levels, muscle growth, AI, questions

ad

Trying to learn more and seek knowledge and I have a few questions. I got my week 1 blood work done, check the cycle forum, which leads me to these:

1) Is there an optimal E2 level for building muscle? The range is 7.6-42.6 for men.

2) Can higher then the range above be beneficial in muscle growth at all?

3) My current E2 level is 99.2. Is there a way to determine how much Armidex is needed to get it back in the optimal muscle building range? Or is it a guessing game with blood work to see where you are hitting the mark?

4) How long does Armidex last? Basically if I took an amount that crashed my levels (which would be shown on bloodwork this coming monday) how many days on average would those levels stay there?

Any other comments or feedback appreciated

  1. Hard to say, partially because everyone responds differently. Many do great at 40-60
  2. This depends, I prefer to have estro between 30-40, but if estro gets too high appetite goes down. A little extra is never a bad thing. Some people do better at higher levels.
  3. What dose were you taking before that caused you to have a level of 99?
I'd say 0.25mg every other day should get you in range

So if you crash your estro and don't take any it should rebound quickly.

not necessarily true It depends on many things. Specifically if he is on a really high dose of test
Also why would he crash his estro?? With arimidex it would take almost 2mg per day then immediately stop taking while on very high dose testosterone/dbol, to cause a rebound. please quit spewing information that is extremely far-fetched

not to mention his estro is almost 100, it's going to take a while to "crash"

if you stop taking it, 3 days later all the new estrogen that is converting from the test in your body isn't gonna be blocked by anything, so your estrogen would start rising again pretty quickly.

not only is this dose-dependent, but since his estrogen wasn't bottomed out the body will not initiate a rebound. Rebound is a reaction that the endocrine system initiates (only when there is an extreme imbalance). However rebound does not happen each time arimidex is stopped.
when estrogen is LITERALLY zero and test is extremely high, this could send off the signal that estrogen is too low so your body works harder to produce more estrogen. This is a pretty rare occasion especially since arimidex will not bottom your estrogen unless taken in excessive doses (above 1.5mg daily) and the estrogen has to be at zero for a few days.
0.25mg WILL NOT CAUSE REBOUND!!!!!!!!
