Interested to know if its true? Honestly speaking i did not have much of problem running any of these but lately saw a post in another forum saying that it does lower igf 1 levels and aromasin is considered the safest in this perspective.

This study with Aromasin shows a decrease in igf 1
OldcrookInteresting find bro.
Oldcrookas jellotrip said yes nolvadex and clomid can do that. but i dont think its much of a big deal. u need to do proper pct of nolvadex and clomid. if u r too much concerned with igf 1 levels. would suggest u to run hgh or igf 1 lr3 during pct.
AnonPretty sure nolvadex and clomid can lower igf 1. Not sure about adex and letro, I've seen studies where they actually increase igf 1, some studies where there is no effect, and some studies where it may lower it. But all or most of these studies have been conducted on postmenopausal breast cancer patients. I haven't really dug around much, but a quick pubmed search will bring up the studies I'm referring to.
