Cystic Acne during and after PCT
I just finished my last cycle in late November of last year.
Ran Test for 12 weeks, Tren and Mast for the last 8 weeks, HCG throughout.
Didn't have a single zit during cycle.
Then 4 weeks after last injection and 2 weeks into my PCT with Clomid + Nolva I started breaking out around my neck. This progressively got worse, and by February this year I had extremely bad cystic acne all over the front/back of my neck and chest. It was terrible.
I used every OTC acne product there is along with some antibiotics from my derm but nothing worked. It's now April and it's finally clearing up for the most part with isolated cysts still popping up here and there. Lots of scarring/skin redness still visible though.
I had never gotten any acne in my previous cycles, but then this was my first cycle running Tren and Mast.
Had amazing results but the terrible acne rained on my parade.
Has anyone else dealt with this, and what can I do to minimize or prevent it? From what I've searched on the subject, most seem to just say "deal with it" because it's part of the game, and other just say hop on Accutane. I'd only want to jump on Accutane as a last resort as I've heard some horror stories about the side effects.
Any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I think I'll jump on low dose Accutane.
I weighed the pros and cons and I just can't imagine suffering through this cystic acne after each cycle.
I'll make sure to have some handy from now on.
Just be careful. It can cause some issues. When I took it I had bad acid relux and I never have had that. Alit of stomach issues. Take a goid liver supp.
I can tell you I have had bad cystic acne myself on cycle and in pct. I would get it all over my face and really bad on my back. I went to the dermatologist and ried every antibiotic and every topical cream. Some helped a little but probably only 20% effective. So I decided to run Accutane. I ran a low dose for 4 months. 20mg ed. After that I havnt had any cyst. I get little pimple ocassionly but nothing serious. that was 7 months ago. and ive been running a big cycle that I just finished. And no acne. I got a pimple or two but who cares about that. It seems the Accutane cured my acne problem. If it ever does come back then ill run the tane again. Really it is a toxic drug but a long as you take a strong liver sup and drink plenty of water you will be ok. plus its sucj a low dose. A lot of bodybuilders run low dose tane.
