I am new to the needle just bout to go off my first cycle I just kept it simple took 500mg sustanon a week and was on winstrol 50mg a day but I stopped taking those but I ordered some clomid from alldaychemist and I dont know how much I should take my weights about 220

Nasty81nate is on point with his reply.. If your doin a clomid only pct ya might want to dose 50mg for another week or so. Depends on you. 4 week pct for a sust only cycle is enough to be safe. It all depends on the user. I did 100mg eod for 2 weeks then 75mg eod the 3rd week then 50mg eod the forth week. By the time i was at the end of my second week, my nuts were just about back to normal. Into the end of third week, my nuts seemed bigger then when i started.lol I kept 10lbs from cycle even months after pct.. Hopefully your not gyno prone cause idk if clomid will help much with bitch tits. Nolvadex would be a better choice if money is tight and you have to choose only one serm.
I hate this feeling to be emotional+, you have to be mentalized that it is a period when you are going to be as a girl when they have their special days. If I see something emotional, I feel a necesity to cry and its horrible but you can go with it, as I say is a period of time and you have to be mentally prepared.
