+ 1 Brand new and have gyno.

ad

Hey everybody, I'm currently 20 years old and have mild gyno. I've had it ever since puberty and it has been terrible to have to go through, not wanting to take my shirt off, haven't been to a swimming pool in years, etc. Basically I've read where certain products will get rid of gyno completely and others will just stop it from getting worse. I actually went to my doctor that I have gone to for years and told him how upset I was by having gyno and he pretty much just laughed in my face and I brought up Nolva and he laughed even harder implying that it would just be a waste of money. Knowing there are more knowledgeable people on this site than I can find anywhere else online I've come seeking help.

I have puffy nipples and haven't noticed until recently that my pecs are uneven which is making me think that it's getting worse. I was going to get my test levels checked but I can't find a good doctor where I'm at and on top of that really don't have time with college plus working 30+ hours a week.

would any of you guys suggest any certain things to use? and for what reasons are they better than another product?

also, I was planning on doing a test cycle only.. would that effect me negatively since I'm already experiencing the high estrogen? or would it be better to start a cycle and then get rid of my gyno post-cycle?

I've already stripped my bodyfat.. actually told myself screw it and lost a good bit of muscle mass by going from 215 to 170 in 6 weeks. I wanted to see if I still had the lumps.. thats when I went to the doctor and I had the lumps behind my nipples which for sure is gyno. btw I'm 6'4" and currently 180. I'm skinny as hell and I can't gain for shit. I appreciate all the advice but I feel like I've done everything mentioned. I know it's not typical to find a person 18-20 years old eating healthy much less on a STRICT diet but I have. I stuck with chicken, tilapia, salmon, and lean cuts of beef with mainly asparagus and broccoli for EVERY MEAL. Water was the only thing I drank. I did this for I would say 6 good months until I got fed up from the gyno and no progress. I literally feel "feminine" about a lot of shit and I feel like an idiot when I say that but it's the truth. I'm tired of feeling like a damn female tbh. I guess I'll go get my testosterone levels checked because there is more to it for me than just the gyno. If I end up having to go for TRT or something I would much rather do something myself than throwing all that money down the drain.

btw thank you again for everyone commenting.

CP, I have the same issue from puberty. Best advice I have received from here was get an Estradiol and full bloodwork count through a good doctor (definitely not your current one). You really need to see an endocrinologist. This is about a year long treatment with meds and no surgery. Surgery would be a last ditch effort. I'm 33 years old and currently on 60mg of Raloxifene and 12.5mg of Exemestane every day for the past 30 days now. Noticed a little improvement but only time will tell. I would highly recommend you do not go on test since you're so young and predisposed to gyno. Patience and research is your best bet. Best of luck to ya.

I suffered and still do suffer from puffy nipples due to adolescent puberty gyno. I have always been embarrassed to wear fitted shirts and go swimming. I used to pinch the fuckers so they were less puffy - it is and was a psychological nightmare. I resorted to athletic tape on special occasions :(. I am now 32 years old bro - I have learnt to live with it as follows:

  • When I turned 21 (around your age) I said fuck it - lets see if a strict diet and a renewed fitness regiment can help contour my chest. I trained 5 days a week, played ball 2 days a week (as you can when u are that age) and I ate really really well for 6 months. I mean TUNA and Chicken BREAST and salmon and no fat. I was studying at uni at the same time so I know how hard that is to balance - but I did it - got to the best shape of my life and while my chest wasn't perfectly contoured and never will be - it looked great and and there were plenty other non-gyno man boobs that I put to shame. It has looked heaps better ever since - it made a huge difference. My body was still developing and I was able to add muscle and contour my chest to its best pottential. My nips are still puffy - but it doesn't take away from my pecs anymore Smile

  • I am now 32, have a decent job and am saving for plastic surgery - I think I've worked hard enough to earn my surgery. The past 10 years I've been as fit as possible and have really learnt to accept my body. It isn't that bad if the rest of you is in the best shape possible you can't be embarrassed - you simply can't. But if u just focus on the gyno only and despair - that will lead to nothing.

So the vets on this site a right - don't turn to compounds or self-medication to solve this - not now. Its a challenge that has been put to you and if you start the battle right - you'll win in a few years time. You're young, you don't have money now but you WILL eventually, and there are so many priorities in your life you need to think about NOW - take care of those first, get as fit as possible naturally and then - after a few years when you have a great routine and training attitude and practice - you can then start thinking about alternatives.

I guarantee you if you just dedicate yourself to being a machine - your gyno won't be the focus anymore - the rest of your body will and it will fade into the background.

Good luck my man - I feel ya.

Strip the body fat, try letrozole, go as far as you possibly can naturally before you cycle.
If it from puberty you might not be able to get rid of it so surgery might be you only option. Then if you pay that much for surgery why cycle and take a chance on getting it again?

You're a few months past being a teenager, and hell-bent on using gear now instead of spending a few years in the gym first.
I have no words.
Thanks to those of you who restrained themselves and offered helpful advice.

Letro isn't going to do anything if you've had it for years.. You'd have to get the surgery but are you sure it's not just fatty deposits? You might try lowering your body fat % before jumping to anything else. If it's gyno a steroid cycle could make it worse so i would not recommend that. Get your gyno looked at and dealt with first that's your priority. If you decide to touch steroids you have the chance of getting it AGAIN even after you get rid of it.

through high school and early 20s i had gyno..had to do a little time.. my celly was put together well.. sooo i asked him what i should do, 3sets 25 pu's 4sets? he laughed and said 1000!! so before spring i start my workouts of 1000 pushups 1000situps and a couple 100 pullups.. every year my "gyno" dissapears..oh and its through the whole day.. ive used a bottle or 2 help move things along but its definitly not needed.. sounds like alot but its really not, if this dosent work then your in trouble.. my opinion you will be just fine.. 1 month should do the trick..

Why stick with a doctor that laughs at your concerns? Doctors usually have their heads up their ass and you have no obligation to be loyal to one. A cycle will not help existing Gyno. What's your weight...are you sure it's not bodyfat deposits? I don't know why a doctor would laugh...is your diet in check? You should've asked him what's so funny.

Have you done any previous cycles before? Sounds like you might need letro but hell you need to give us lil more info as far as your experience using AAS or why you end up with gyno all of the sudden!

AAS isn't going to help gyno issues, unless you know something I don't?
Go to your local GP again, get blood tests done and seek advice on the issue. I'm sure if the issue is 'big enough' then you will find time

Hey bro im not sure bro but i think your to young to start any cycle yet. i think you should work on your diet and trainig and try to get rid of some bodyfat. i also heard of getting surgery done for severe cases of gyno.
