+ 38 Aromasin, you are not doing it right at all
I have read post after post of people taking aromasin every other day or every 3 days and so very few take it every day.
Aromasin needs to be taken every day twice a day for 7 days for it to start working by causing your blood serum to be saturated. Aromasin MUST BE DIALED IN BY BLOODS DRAWN AFTER 7 DAYS then afterwards you need to draw blood again after adjusting the dose BUT YOU STILL TAKE IT EVERY DAY. Sorry for the caps but no one seems to read anymore and rely on Broscience and Parroting. Read this article here on the mean effect of taking aromasin every day as well as the dosing followup. Also Peak estrodiol suppression occurred right around 12 hours, so that means Estrogen will begin to climb after 12 hours, so you need to take it 2 times a day or all you are doing is keeping your E2 at the exact same levels maybe even higher.
And I wonder why people say they take aromasin eod and it doesn't work for them......because you are not doing it right. This is why Aromasin is so expensive in a cycle because of the amounts you have to take. 25mg every day in men not on cycle kept their E2 levels ~normal range~. Please stop basing your research on looking up other aas forums but look at actual medical data. I have looked at all the forums and every one of them has different opinions or parrots. Honestly your only friend is drawing bloods so you can dial yourself in and find YOUR sweet spot.

I can get more all day long but the general consensus is and always will be:
Bloods are a MUST for any cycle for judging both test levels and E2 levels as well as all other factors. If you plan on using ANY AI you HAVE to have bloods drawn within 7-10 days of initial dosing so you can get your baseline and then adjust from there. Do you want to know why you are doing everything right as far as diet and training yet you are not growing or getting stronger? Blame yourself for not getting bloods drawn and adjusting your medications you are on. I am sure there will be people that will post here saying science or myself is wrong and I am prepared for it, but back up your claims with proof. Its all about being safe and caring for our bodies because you only have one and you cant go trade it in or buy a new one, once you fuck it up you are done. You can feel like a million dollars but your insides are suffering.

I know Im late to this post but I this is correct. I switched to aromasin and tried it EOD and it wasnt doing much. I tried it ED at 12.5 am and 12.5 pm and I felt much better. Also, I the last article was saying letrazole takes 60 days to become stable in the blood?

This is good info thank you. My experience has been slightly different. Running almost a G of test and 12.5mg aro ED has kept my estro in the low 30s. Did not frontload aro either, started with 6.75 ED and bumped it up to 12.5.
PcushionAromasin is all a I use. I personally hate adex. This post is a testament for how important labs are. Irishmacks finding are fundamental in understanding how Aromasin works and if used how stated in his post one will surely not have any estrogen issues. I personally use 25 mg every every third day. If I take 25mg on Monday then I won’t dose again until Thursday and again on Sunday. I personally don’t aromatize very rapidly and also only run 400mg test but still my labs always show low 30’s as well. Nevertheless I love this post bc if more people read and followed it then more people would understand how amazing of an AI Aro is. It’s no doubt the most undervalued estrogen control agent on the market.

Aro is my new favorite, right in the middle of one of my biggest blasts to date and have zero estro related side effects. Its kept E low and stable. Cant say i ever reached that state of zen with arimidex, EVER. lol

Does anyone have problems with aromasin crashing e2?
From what I have read and what my endo said to me it would be only if you do more then 25mg a day. Women take anywhere from 5-25mg every day for 5-7 years for breast cancer. They even did studies on men taking 25mg a day for a month and not a single one crashed his estro. The issue here is if you buy ug ai's you have no idea what the actual amount of drug is, that 25 could be more or even less so some people without any bloodwork to back up take a crap ug and take 50 or more and say its bunk or even that they need more because it was bunk, then they get the real deal and crash their estro because they are doing twice the amount you are supposed to.

I have never used aromasin & I have steered clear from it due to it being a suicide inhibitor & all I’ve ever heard is how easy it is to crash estro with it. After reading this, I’m going to give it a go next cycle. Much of what we here is parroted & without our own experience how do we know!!
Best way to do it. Get bloods before, take 25 a day for 7-10 days and see where your e2 is. Then adjust it from there. I know it sucks to pay twice for bloodwork but how the hell would you know otherwise? I used to think it needed to be split during the day but now my endo said once a day at exactly the same time every day would be perfectly fine

I've always had adex but just recently purchased some aro to stash in the cabinet. Ur absolutely rite about the bloods and getting it dialed in. The path of least resistance. Without bloods you are only guessing because the human body is the hardest thing to try and decipher if a lack of carbs or sleep or liquid can make you feel completely different and its easy to blame.
I run Pfizer Aromasin at 25mg everyday & it keeps my E2 right where I need it. I have a high conversion rate. So I keep my test low. I run 300-400mg TPP a week. 100mg EOD.
I only use pharmacy grade Aromasin & the pills are super small. Like smaller than M&M mini’s & harder than rock candy.
I’m not sure how one could adjust there Aromasin dose if there blood work showed they needed to.

I feel like this came to me at the perfect time. I’ll admit to not being very knowledgeable about Aromasin, and I should receive mine this week. My “pal” I lift with who knows it all..........right, but he told me to take it ONCE a day (wrong) not to worry about getting BW (Inalready knew this was wrong) oh and at first he said you can just pop one here and there like it’s an as needed friggen Tylenol or something.
So with all this wonderful info he fed me I’ve been searching a lot about it and this is the first GOOD information I have found. So glad I read this!

so if i was to do as stated, i can take half a tab of 25mg am and then pm and do this everyday throughout my cycle and then even during pct with nolvadex?

Hi irishmack. Thanks for posting this. I have used adex in pretty much all my cycles, i decided to switch to asin based on research so i am new to aromasin. My current purpose is only TRT at 250mg/week (pharma): of course bloods are my friend and I am going to draw soon enough but based on my sweet spot for Adex of 0.5mg EOD (I am prone to aromatize and also run HCG) should I be running 12.5mg asin ED? Split? I came to the conclusion that 12.5mg ED was ideal for me and just started asin today. Just now I want to confirm with you if split is the better way? (Even if it's so hard to split a tiny pill in quarters properly)

Yes doctor prescribed, although since I moved interstate I no longer visit this endo but continue with the same treatment I've been given. After a load of bloods through a period of time he settled me with adex 0.5mg eod. What would be the equivalent with asin?
