Armidex from start of cycle?

Hi guys started my first cycle 2 weeks ago. I'm using Test-E 500mg p/w 250mg sunday morning and 250mg wednesday afternoon. Like an idiot i have been using .25mg Adex every 3 days from the beginning of my cycle when the general protocol is to start at the 4th week. Will i be ok to continue like this as i have read that Armidex lets go of Estrogen once you stop taking it. Or should i come off it for a bit and wait for sides to appear. Oh and 2 weeks in i have gained 4lbs of weight presumably water
Sorry to waste your time with silly questions but as this is my first cycle i want to get it right

cdaddy7Not an idiot bro i always say to start no later than week three....you need to continue unless you are having low estro sides like aching joints and dry skin, loss of libido or so on...ur good ... No harm, no foul

Thanks for your reply. No sides as of yet apart from some tiredness which could be attributed to a few things. I will continue as i have been and see how it goes. Thanks for putting my mind at rest buddy.
