Arimidex Vs. Raloxifene
ad
Here is my thought/question > if we’re using an AI to manage high estrogen side (mainly being gynecomastia) and want estrogen for its other advantages, why not just use Raloxifene instead of Arimidex?
Arimidex will target estrogen systemically well Raloxifene targets breast tissue.
Is this possible an old school vs new school way of thinking? Is there a reason to avoid Raloxifene?

Who supplies Ralox, ran into some lumps myself and need em gone. Have nolva, but want the good stuff!
Ralox is slightly better at stopping estrogen receptors in breast tissue than Nolvadex, arimidex lowers overall estrogen
Nolvadex. It targets breast tissue
I lean on raloxifene and nolvadex more than arimidex, but have and use both.
If its my tits that are bugging me I hit the serm for a bit, if its something else (skin, anxiety, libido) ill pop an ai
Because Raloxifene is a SERM and only blocks estrogen in certain tissues like breast and that is why it is good for gyno. Raloxifene also acts like estrogen in bones making them more dense and has a higher risk of blood clots. You can still get sides from high estrogen because Raloxifene does not control over all estrogen levels only in those certain tissues.
An Ai like Anastrozole is a lot more effective for all over estrogen side control.
What type of dose you run when you jump on raloxifene?
25mg when needed. So if you developed a lump take it everyday until it’s gone. I rarely use roxifene because I have learned my body and how to keep the E2 in check.
I don’t have a lump but super sensitive like stings kinda if I push in on it and swollen. It’s early stages and definitely from running a higher test than normal.i have AI and can typically catch it. It’s a long story but i fucked up lol and let my E2 get way to high for way to long. I’ve got it under control now just need to fix my tits before the become permanent tits.
Okay so if you have nolvadex take that if not raloxifene take Raloxifene a couple days and your sensitive nipples should be gone. Nolvadex take a day or two and it also should work.
Yeah, was eventually able to get some more information too.
Looks like high water retention from estrogen causing high BP and heart issues is another problem. The high BP will also damage your kidneys. Finally, oily skin leading to potential skin issues.
