Arimidex, How To Spot Too Low or too High E2?

I hear the symptoms are the same for both low and high. How the hell do you know when to up the dose or lower the dose then? Without getting blood work.

Different for everyone bro. But acne is usually a good tip off for high e2. Also being overly emotional, high e2. Low e2 usually dry skin and emotionless or irritable. Why don't you just get bloods instead of guessing. You're playing Russian roulette with your hormones. Not cool.
