Anastrozole 1mg capsule..how to take during cycle

Hello. Im into my 4th week of 150 mg test E every three days. Ive noticed some tenderness in my nipples. I have anastrozole 1mg capsules but not sure how I should dose. I was thinking one or two caps a week or opening up the cap and dividing in half. Then take one half EOD OR E3D. Thank you for any help.

I personally like to use .25 mgs eod and you can always bump up if needed ive found if i take more than that i get low estro sides
Can you please describe your sides of low estro
The ones i experienced were night sweats and joint pain i would also say a loss of libido
Yes i got night sweats too but only the First 3 weeks and now they are away..
AnonWould u suggest opening the capsule and trying to make 4 equal piles. I wish I had a little container to measure out .25 mg lol. I just have sore nips, some night sweats and a little water bloat.
I keep a digital scale to measure mgs it works well but i have adex caps as well and puttin them out i equal piles would probably be accurate enough to work just fine

I got mine at office max and i wanna say it was around 40 bucks
