+ 3 All you guys on PCT take a step forward.

ad

I know it is a rough road but what you guys are doing is the right thing. There are plenty of guys here that are TRT (some medically, some not) that get to basically stay on cycle year around and for the most part they look great for it. They have the advantage of always having at very least decent test levels. The rest of us have to deal with months off cycle, hard training and dieting in a uphill battle to maintain our hard fought gains. Not to mention the psychological mind fucking of PCT. But you know what, you guys are fighting the good fight and that is to be commended.

So all you guys in the same boat as me give yourselves a pat on the back. It is easy to give in and just stay on, you, my friends have chosen well.

PS, nothing against you guys that stay on, this is just me reaching out to the rest of the guys that probably feel like I do right now.

I went and did some bloods today (day 17) just to see what is going on with the LH/FSH and I am curious what test levels will look like too. I also added in an IGF1 test so I can see what kind of numbers I am getting with this three day protocol. I probably should have just spent some more money for the whole lipid profile and stuff. It sucks they don't have one single test that covers all the bases we need.

Almost wrapping up this first week of pct. I'm taking hgh 4ius a day + pct. The Igf-1 on recent blood test was 293 which is in the normal range. Mega-T said the nolvadex was more than likely afecting my igf-1 levels. Still getting the pros of the gh shedding bf but could be better. Re-taking bloods after Pct to see where I'm at with my igf-1 & hgh levels. Water weight has droped a bit looking better & taking it easier at the gym with positive results. Took some pointers from irongame's pct + time off tips post he wrote couple weeks ago. Its been a great help these 4 weeks off; (3 weeks downtime + 1 week pct). My head definately feels clearer, but I do get occasional times when I think of nephew or someone else and I notice myself getting emotional lol. Best wishes to everyone on Pct lets get it done...

Right on. The emotions are definitely a bit of a roller coaster for the first week or so but they seem to stabilize pretty quickly.

I am doing 6-7 iu every 3 days

That's what I keep telling myself, it's all mental. Mostly what I'm going through is emotional. I go from happy, sad, mad to irritated all whithin the same hour! Lol! Then there are times I feel great like today hit my deadlifts hard and had a great workout. It really set the tone today for a good day, I think. I'm not worried about it I know it will pass I felt the same way last cycle so I'm just taking it day by day. Thanks brother

Thanks for posting this Rider. I'm mid week 2 of PCT and I'm going through a rough patch right about now. Yesterday was worse it seems to come in little waves. Anyway thanks for reminding me I'm doing the right thing by not staying on. I actually considered it.

You are the very reason for this post. I know there is a bunch of us right now at or near the same point in PCT, we gotta stay strong..KILL THAT IRON!!!

Good HGH has made such a difference to my pct'ing. I know not everyone can afford it so yeah like you said my brother , the guys who tough out proper pct plus proper time off are doing it right and I tip my hat to them ;)

How's things with you anyway you big mutha fuzza? Not spoke in a while.

HGH here as well. I am doing pretty good overall, approaching 3 weeks of PCT, I have lost some weight but I am staying lean , maybe even leaner than I was. My strength has also been pretty damn good. Overall this "so far" has been my best PCT, but with that said, seeing my self shrink is really a mind fuck. Luckily I still get a few compliments on my size so that keeps the spirits up a bit. Not that I need it, but it sure helps.

It is tough to stay the course tho when you see the guys that are always on making steady gains. I can think of several tho that have not taken any time off cycle and they are probably going to have to pay for it at some point.

I can wait til December, I can wait til December, I can wait til December, lol.

You talking to me? I said you talking to me?!!? Lol ;-)

I am not staying on till Dec but I got hit with a surgery last minute here in 10 days(ish)...and last thing I am doing is jumping off and pct'ing thru an already tough time. Smart or not idk...just seemed better to me to take a HUGE break till well after NYE...probably till May '15

Right on. and no I am not singling out anyone. lol

I know dude, I was just having some fun! But seriously...DEF big high five to you guys doin pct if and when you can!
