After PCT has ended my E2 levels are off the charts low.
So here is the deal guys. This is my first post here and I'm looking for some advice to raise my E2 levels.
Back at the end of Feb I started a Sustanon 250 cycle for 13 weeks. I used Arimadex and then Anastrazole for AI once the adex ran out. I got bloodwork done about 6 months into cycle and everything was normal. High test, low E2, Low LH and FSH. My last couple of weeks on I ran HCG for 2 weeks and then went into pct where I used a torem/nolva combo. PCT ended back on july 17th. When I came off I felt really crappy. Tired all the time, headaches, moody, anxiety, no sex drive(Literally not interested in it) and I could get a chub but thats it as far as erections go. So its putting a strain on my relationship a little. So I started some DAA and DHEA to get things moving. I let it go for about a week and a half and then I went to go get more bloodwork done. Heres what came back:
Test Serum: 729 (348-1197 ng/dl)
LH: 5.0 (1.7-8.6 mIU/mL)
FSH: 6.8 (1.5-12.4 mIU/mL)
Estradiol: 6.7 (7.6-42.6 pg/mL)
So there in lies my problem. I killed my E2 levels by taking too much AI on cycle and had them bottomed out the last 7 weeks on bc i still felt terrible on cycle.
So how do I raise them back up faster? Or is time my only friend here?

Guys, thank you for the responses. I'm planning to get more blood work done at the end of the month to see where I'm at. Starting to feel better each day. Some times during the day I feel absolutely crazy and other times I feel back to normal. Penis is responding to porn so I know I'm not gay and its actually my hormones. So I guess that's a plus.....
Research some of the common everyday things like soy that can cause an increase in estrogen. I don't know how much of it you would have to consume or how long it would take but it's worth a shot. The only other thing that comes to mind is maybe look at some of the over the counter menopause medications out there. They are supposed to help with a woman's loss of estrogen so maybe that's a possibility? I know how bad it sucks to tank your estrogen, fortunately / unfortunately for me I'm a pretty heavy converter to estrogen so I have bounced back within just a couple days. Good luck man I know how bad this shit feels.
E2 follows test and your test levels seem healthy. Give it some time, 5-6 weeks, then have labs again. the body needs time in order to reestablish homeostasis. This is why it's best to wait 6-8 weeks post PCT to have blood work.
Maybe an hcg blast will pump it up quickly? Probably best to wait it out I think, it will rise on its own and youre not at 0.
