ad

OK IM 38going yrs. Old, 229pounds, 5'10", with 14%bf. Im into my fifth week of my cycle which is -a 400mg of test blend every week, 200 mg tren eth every week, and 400 of mg of eq every week. Diet is on point and am consuming around 5000here calories a day. Just had my levels tested and they are at 2800, over 3 times normal for man my age. In the gym im constantly gaining on my lifts and feel like an animal! Can see my body changes do to the tren, definitely a plus. BUT IM NOT GAINING ANY WEIGHT! CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME INSIGHT AND SUGGESTIONS?

Those never gave me an accurate reading but I hear some are good but I stick with the old fashion way. It is 100% accurate

I think it's simple your bf% is dropping and your lean muscle is going up. At your weight and height, and don't take this the wrong way unless you are a professional bodybuilder your bf% is much higher. What way did you determine your bf%? I think your bf% is way higher and now that you are dropping bf and gaining lean mass that's why the scale is wrong. I always said when dieting with training use a bf caliper as it is the best way to determine how much bf you lost and how much lean mass you have gained

Ill take that into consideration and thanks for the input, im gonna grab a caliper I hand bf tested with one of those digital hand held gizmo's before.

3 or 4 days a week full body workouts....major movements, NO cardiovascular cuz of the tren....heard it was a major no no

Hey bro, based on your post about your workouts that honestly could be a problem. You should be doing each bodypart only once maybe twice per week. If you are hitting it 3 to 4 times a week the muscle never has a chance to recover. Especially as you approach 40 it takes even longer to recover. I would seriously consider changing things up. If your diet is in check you will see gains quickly. I am no expert but what works for me is 4 days on 1 day off. Chest-bi's- abs day 1, Back-tri's day 2, legs-abs day 3, shoulders-calves day 4. Sometimes I even take 2 days off of an extra day after day 2. So I am only working each body part once every 6 days usually. Less is more.

Thanks for the input bro, gonna take your advice and switch it up. Initially I was doing a similar work out to your on my first cycle with great results so I thought this time id switch it up some.....but if its not broke why are you fucking with it!!!????

No prob. Also remember its quality not quantity. I only do 3 movements, 3 sets each for chest, back, shoulder, and legs and 2 movements for 3 seta each on bi's and tri's since they get work on bigger bodyparts. I always do one warm up set with real light weight and dont count that as one of the 3 sets.

What does that 5000 calories a day look like? Maybe since mostly long esters they havent kicked in yet? I will tell you I just had almost opposite experience. 41 yrs old, 5'10" started around 210 15% BF. Just 500mg test e EW and at week 5 or 6 I had gained 20 lbs. I dialed my calories way back and lost weight initially but got up to 232 lbs and lost probably 2 to 3% BF by the end at week 10.

Could ithave to do with my receptors being clogged?

I agree. Hey granite, not to be a ball buster but you posted this http://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/steroid-cycles/3-weeks-in-to-cycle a few weeks back when you were 3 weeks in. However on that post you said you were doing 500mg test e per week and were using d-bol and were up 7 lbs already? Just saying bro, you changed it up here to 400mg test blend and EQ as well. Not sure whats up with that.

I was...band I think it was just the bloat from the Dbol, and I added eq right after was done with Dbol. Good eyes by the way its nice to know some people pay attention. Have all the sides from tren as well.....thanks for your help. Any more suggestions?
