WHAT TO DO FOR BLOAT, GAS, INTESTINAL PAINS, DIARRHEA WHILE ON GEAR
Ok guys so I will try to be as detailed as possible for this post. This is about BLOAT, GAS, INTESTINAL PAINS, BATHROOM VISITS and VERY PAINFUL STOMACH ACHES. I am on my 8-12 weeks of test c 500 mg at a week and tren e; 200mg a week for first 4 weeks then 400mg a week the next 4 weeks. This is my fourth safe cycle.
I kickstarted with dbol at 40mg a week for a month. No problems there.
SO, around the 8th week I started having minor stomach problems. Ex lax helped for a few mornings, Gas X helped VERY little releasing the bloat (at night in bed) I was feeling from the gas. Pepto Bismol did not help either. Arimidex at 1mg after 12 days still didn't work.
I thought maybe I should clean my diet a little bit, bought some drinkable fiber, nutrigrain bars, red meat regularly, oatmeal and as always continue to drink at least a gallon a water a day or even more. Im not a junk food fanatic but Ill have a piece of candy here and there.
ANYWAYS, point being is that NONE of these things helped!!!!
From week 8-12 it only got worst to the point where no matter what I ate (even a Special K bowel of cereals in the morning made my stomach turn). I can feel every single little thing I ate pretty much convert into gas or diarrhea. I did not get Trensomnia nor tren sweats from a high dose of 400mg tren e a week so thats a plus. Plus, I take prami (not too much).
BUT I have NEVER had this problem before so naturally I was perplexed.
THINGS THAT DO HELP !!!!!
Im sorry to say this to people who hate messing with things like this but there are only 2 things that have worked for ME.
—— SOMA; muscle relaxer meds at 350mg a tab.
They make me relax, help me sleep like a baby and help me have regular bowel movements.I guess because its also letting the muscles inside the stomach relax and “release”.
—— XANAX; anti anxiety meds at 2mg rectangular yellow bar. (r903 or r309 ; imprint)
Ive tried many and I feel this one is time released but you will feel it. Maybe not right away as the white ones but hey Im trying to feel better here not get high. They take 30min to an 1hour to hit depending on the person.
I hope I dont get banned. Its just that these negative side effects have literally kept me up all night with a tight stomach I couldn't even lay down. i will down my dose and now know what works for MY bloat. Hopefully this helps others. PM for any questions.

newcomerHEY GUYS THANKS FOR YOU INPUT. I WILL TAKE LOTS OF THIS INTO CONSIDERATION. FOR SOME REASON I C0ULDNT GIVE EVERYONE A THUMBS UP LIKE I WANTED TO! I COULD ONLY REPLY GRATITUDE TO SSO MANY BEFORE MY HANDS ATRT CRAMPING, HAHA.
Im sure you would have mentioned it but you aren't on any painkiller I take it? They bind you up like crazy. Too much protein powder can do it too of course. Any weird supplements or creatine?
newcomerNo sir, no painkiller. I actually am not currently taking any protein powder (even though I should). Funds go elsewhere. Kre Akalyn or regular capsuled creatine is all I've been taking since high school along with BCAAS, nothing new there.
Having those sort of sides would tell me.....LEAVE THE GEAR ALONE...run a PCT and in the mean time get your bloods and if you can be upfront with your doc and get everything else checked, dont taking anything else that isnt by the advice of your doc, some may disagree with my comment but health is paramount and good luck.
newcomerI agree health is paramount but this may just be how my body is reacting with it now? Maybe my body needs to get used to it? Maybe just lower the dose? I mean after 2 months I get sides that are not unheard of...found a way to subside them (hell, Im not feeling it now nor am I on anything).
I sound like a parrot but it could be a million things really the only solid advice is to see a doc. If your experience is markedly different from your last cycle that was exactly the same then odds are it's something else. Maybe turkey was undercooked. Who knows man? A doc can help you for sure.
Immodium helps for diarrhea not a laxative just fyi.
newcomerNa not exactly the same as my last cycle, Im using different compounds too though and slightly higher doses. Nothing too major. I feel way better now so hopefully it was just how the sides affected me personally.
And I took a laxative because I could eat and eat and never shit, it would just build up to gas and big shits when the laxative kicked in haha. It helped only for about 5 days. it helped release what was building up and at the same time lots of gas would pass so it immensely helped lower bloat.
Go see your doctor. Tell him your signs and symptoms. Lay off the caffeine too as that stimulates diarrhea. Take probiotics. Greek yogurt. If you're consuming too much fiber and red meat, it can also cause bloat and cramping. Also lay off the ex lax as you're complaining of diarrhea so that won't help
Does anyone in your family have a hx of IBS, Crohns, or ulcerative colitis?
newcomerNone in my family have any of those diseases.
I only started taking the fiber to help release shit that was building up as well as gas. It just felt like my digestive system was a little off so I tried different thing. Hence the Gas x, laxative, OJ, fiber etc.
First go see your doctor. But second take a really good look at your diet. My whole family, no pun intended, suffers from IBS. Acouple of triggers for myself are: quick changes in diet, too much fiber, dairy (protein shakes kill me), too much red meat, and MSG. It also many not be the test. Could very well be your AI. Talk to your doctor. Greek Yogurt helps me a ton and switching over to almond milk. Best of luck
Go see a gi to make sure it's nothing worse.
AnonI had the same problems sometimes, started taking digestive enzymes and eating smaller meals. Only thing that really helped the most was a good probiotic. Took a couple weeks to kick in but I noticed a huge relief.
newcomerIll look into a probiotic, thanks!
If you were already bloated and gaseous adding all that fiber would only make it worse if you are anything like myself, especially on tren. Also adding more red meat is the last thing to do.
Too much fiber in your diet can have the same negatives as not enough fiber. Red meat takes a very long time to digest and cause gas and bloating in a high % of people.
I have had the same issues you listed and especially on tren. What worked for me was some dietary changes.
Minimize sugar. Also sugar alcohols can cause gastrointestinal issues (these are found in many protein bars and low/no sugar products) Caffiene can cause some of the symptoms you listed like diarhea and gas. Cut that out and as it may help. Keep your fluid intake high like you are doing. Lots of green veggies. Add some pineapple to your diet as it is excellent for digestion.
you'd be better off finding a good intestinal cleanser and cleaning up your diet. those things you mentioned will only make it worse in the long run.
