what is best to keep prolactin down

ad

I was wondering what would be the safest and most effective to keep prolactin down. Here are some of the things I've been looking at Prami Pexole, letro, Cambergoline, Ru486, Mifepristone, Bromocriptine, Vitix, and I've also heard tons of vitamin B-6 works as well. I would appreciate any knowledge you can give me.
Thank You

i take liquid prami, love it, easy to dose, easy to taper on, i just posted my prolactin levels from it this past week, my level was way low, .09 it was, and normal is 4 to 15 i think. most people say caber, which works, but costs a good bit more, not all sources carry it and its not always available from those that do. but it works great, those that dont like prami generally dont cause of the sides, if you dont taper up on prami, sides are horrid, like youre dying lol ive learned that one that hard way. but if you taper up slowly as i do i dont experience and sides at all and it helps me sleep. im all for prami, its a great choice, at least for me

All those work, as for cost effective..B6 and Prami the best. Walmart has B6 ( I think the minimal dosage is 600mg a day) and lots of peptides sources on here has Prami, caber is supposed to be the best with suppression and overall feeling but I haven't tried it yet, too expensive for my blood. I also know Bromo works well too, but like caber I have not tired it. Those other compounds mentioned I have no idea.
