tes consistency issue

Received some vials of tes cyp and they are half liquid and half gel, is it safe to use, will it melt eventually, what is the cause of this, looks like gel crystals??????

see there, if you dont ask, you dont know, im sure i look like an idiot for asking this, but id have been dumber had i tried to pin it as is or threw it away
it crashed heat it up with a blow dryer and that should do the trick, cyp crashes pretty easy quite common
