That means occasionaly before training or fight.None cycle.

There alot of different steroids out there that can have different effects. You need to be more specific.

No there is no such healthy risk related to the time you take the Steroids.
But if you only take 1 shot then no need to take roids. It will give nothing with just 1 shot.
Its also recommended to do bodybuilding beside your fight sport.
