Here's my opinion. No you should NOT start a cycle!

Again NO. You already know what the problem is.
In the words of a famous MASTER....

No! Try not. Do, or do not. There is no try.

Lamest excuse in the book.
Just means you have to eat more.

Hormones will not do anything if you do not fuel your body enough, you’ll be just wasting your money, time and health. Hormones will help to repair damaged muscle tissues but only if there is enough plastic material to do it with. If you only eat enough to maintain your current size, there will be progress whatsoever.

If I were you, I would look into the vertical diet. Food and a solid gym schedule is more important than a cycle. Sure you can run a cycle and you will look and feel great while your on. As soon as you come off you will start to lose your gains and will back to square one . With a little higher liver enzyme numbers,a little less natural test,a little higher blood pressure. And for what ? Learn to eat! Start using Myfitnesspal or another meal tracker count your macros learn how your body reacts to different carb cycles. Don't be afraid to put on some fat,it's a must if you truly want real gains. Lift heavy, eat heavy repeat !

If you not eating until you gagging, you not eating enough. Yes i know, not the shit we like to hear but i say this, a dirty bulk did it for me. Eating all the shit i like eating until i got sick of my stomach, eating again even when i was still full & not hungry at all but it was time to eat again. Gaining weight sucks when you have a fast metabolism & into sports like in my case was soccer, but it is possible to do so without AAS

A pic would help so we could tell if you're an ectomorph. Under the right circumstances with careful moderate cycles and training you could make some decent gains and possibly maintain them. Post a pic!

My advice is this, your a small dude with a small frame.

If you cycle you will gain weight, once you come off cycle your body will immediately drop excess weight off your small frame. And there you will stay yoyo'n weight on and off your small frame , each time doing a little more damage. If I was you and I know its hard , but just live with the body you have.

My mom is 4'10" 100 lbs
My dad was 6'3" and at a healthy weight was 160
I turned out 5'10 and am currently at 170. Have trouble maintaining my lower bf while gaining weight because to gain I have to eat more "dirty"
If I ran a cycle do you suggest I would just lose my gains?

I know a dude that is 6'4" and weighs 140lbs. His nickname is Skeletor .Not because he is muscular, because he looks like a skeleton. Lol He eats quite a bit too.

It sounds as though you are an Ectomorph mate exactly the same as I am with a super fast metabolism, you need to prioritise carbs first then protein second, in fact just loads of each in each meal you have. Very basic stuff such as White potatoes, pasta, white bread, rice, chicken, beef, eggs etc. Only heavy basic movements 2 days on, 1 off: Bench press, Military press, Squats, Barbell rows, Deadlifts between 4 to 8 reps for each. Get on a good protein powder such as Whey Isolate and mix it with Dextrose powder and creatine - none of these mixes or blends with cheap crap ingredients. Keep it basic like this pal and nothing fancy - You WILL gain weight...You can easily achieve 170lb's training and eating like this.

This is your answer ^^^
If you dont have your diet and training in check dont even think about it.
Trying to eat? Quit trying and start eating.
Also realize your never going to be a big guy.
You can have a great physique though.
This isn't a sport it's a life style.

"doctor says I just got a fast metabolism but I can’t seem to gain weight"

NO, EAT MORE!

Bill1976's picture

You think your eating enough but your not. I always thought I ate enough until somebody showed me how to eat. I use to weigh 135 and I worked out for a year and gained only a few pounds then I ate like this.

Morning. Protien shake two scoops protien powder with 10 ounces of milk three raw eggs and half cup of oatmeal.

2nd meal. Four eggs, bacon and a bagel with peanut butter and 20 ounces of milk.

3rd meal. 2 cups of chili on cup and a half of cooked rice.

4th meal. Roast beef sandwiches. 10 ounces of roast beef total. Piece of cake with milk. Yes with a high metabolism you don’t have to eat clean all of the time. Cake is not gonna hurt.

5th meal. Baked ziti with beef and cheese. Big plate or steak and potatoes.

6th meal. Protien shake with strawberries and blueberries mixed in.

If it’s hard to eat drink your meals until you train yourself to be hungry at that time. This is just a typical example of what I eat throughout the day. Minus the shake at night because I eat real food at night now. How is your workout? Are you lifting the right amount going heavy? You might have to change that too.
