what dosage is good to run just for anti estrogen needs when running 500mgs of test
what is best dosage to stack proviron with:

NotNatural23is the 1st question if you can run proviron by itself and see gains? You should already know this by the research you did on this compound if you plan on using it. Also you need to come back with more info as listed below then you will get answers.

and did a test mast tren and winny cycle last year
my goal is to just lean out which is mostly diet but just want to get more of a kick than just proviron

I think that you will perhaps get some mixed advice about proviron and its effects on E2.
From what I have researched, it is incapable of converting to oestrogen however it is not an aromatose inhibitor and you should definitely have either adex or aromosin on hand. I am five weeks into a test proviron cycle. My first test E cycle showed that I do not convert heavily. I have not yet started adex. I have been running provi at 50mg split for 1 week now and I am pulling bloods end of next week to see where I am at. For me, pulling mid cycle bloods is vital and the only true way to know where you're at. I've heard a few stories of heavy oestrogen rebound upon cessation of proviron dose so I believe it IS necessary to run an AI alongside it eventually.
Arimidex or aromasin is used to control estro in a cycle not proviron....

You've asked a question about proviron dosage, which meant you were willing to take it, but didn't know it is not used for anti esteogen = no research...
You've taken a lot of compounds in the past but now all of a sudden you're adding nolvadex and maybe arimidex to your cycle because you were holding too much water = no research and no understating of how to run a cycle...
Do you understand what nolvadex and what arimidex are used for and specifically when to use them?
Do you know what your blood work is before you start fucking around with arimidex?
Do you know how to dose arimidex?
You've also not answered any of the questions asked by the guys...
