What's the best prostate support you guys have taken while on mast? My ol lady gets real pissed off when I have to wake up 3-4 times a night to take a leak.

I use both saw palmetto and beta sitosterol.
NOW prostrate health. Its an all in one. Works good.
i like daily cialis for prostate health. get it cheap in "liquid research" form. and just use a small dose daily. rockin hardons to bang the lady with and cialis has been shown to greatly help prostate health. just my .02

I use 500mg saw palmetto every day and that seems to be doing the trick. On AND off cycle.
