Oral Winny and Liver

Hello everyone, I need to know what dose of oral winny is acceptable without running into liver problems. I'm having a hard time finding this info, Thanks

What about Liv.52, Liver Longer, or Liver Juice? The latter used primarily for methylated AAS (orals). Oral cycle hepatotoxicity must be accounted and counteracted for accordingly however, I've read Milk Thistle in its oral form produces poor bioavailability. You also have UDCA which is the actual product of bile secretion from the liver (good stuff) and is available through many of your research chem sources.

If consume 17-20mg per day and you take sillimarin or milk thistle you won't have any problems!!But generally be careful with orals,must be good quality!Nice question!!!
