What’s everyone’s experience and suggestions on dbol dosage. 5x10mg tabs a day or 2x25mg a day??

If you don’t want to overcomplicate things, take this amount in equal parts during the day.
If you already have experience with Dianabol and want to tie your steroid intake with physiology (preworkout or postworkout), use 25 mg for these purposes and 25 mg or 2x12.5 mg 4-6 hours after the first dose. Don’t forget about the side effects if you use Dianabol in this way (preworkout or immediately post workout). I think this method could be a triggering factor for the athlete's heart syndrome occurrence.

50 mg is an effective dose that can provide impressive results. Dianabol + testosterone is an extremely effective stack. The other side of the coin is the side effects. Using 2x25 mg of Dianabol in stacks with other highly aromatizing products often requires additional control (rising E2 levels) and cycle management (SERMs and AIs).

I ran pharmacy dbol at 5mg tab x every 4hrs with complex carbs and protein. 15mg total x 4 weeks. All gains with no hassles.

Anyone tried using like 10-20mg a day but for a longer period than just the standard four weeks people tend to run on higher doses?? It’s something I’ve always wanted to trial but never got round to. Interested to hear how anyone got on if they tried using dbol this way. Just as wee mild boost but hopefully the reduced dose would alloy longer use and less side effects and allow you to get the feel good factor dbol gives. How low is the lowest dose anyone has used and found useful? I’ve used it at 30mg day with great results used also at 50mg day think 60mg day was highest back in the day but tbh don’t think got anything more from it. Being young an foolish when I started out with Steroids and having no access to all this knowledge back then my first few cycles where 4 week dbol cycles and fuck did I love them and feel good it really excited me and started my steroid journey so dbol does hold a special place in my heart lol.

Yes... I've run 10mg daily for 8-10 weeks before. It's an extremely mild drug, but often abused.

Very solid pumps & energy... keeps me lubricated as well. I think it helps with nutrient absorption too as I use that dose when I'm limiting my calories & pushing heavy protein & fats while getting/maintaining extremely solid mass. I don't bloat like others experience, even at high dose which for me is 30mg. I get a weird rush I'm not too keen on when I go over... however I was running 30mg without much of any negative sides earlier this year. I am still popping 10 year old blue hearts though so there may be some loss in potency. I think I'm gonna experiment with higher doses. May eventually try anadrol. Who knows.

Pink thais! Those were the bomb. My uncle would pop those like skittles. He swore up & down that 5mg dose was the most efficient way to dose. I wish British Dispensary was still a thing.

Source I got my last cycle from threw in a random Dbol freebie that really didn't fit into my cycle.

So...after I pulled all the compounds I was running I said fuck it ima do a little experiment and run the dbol at 50mgs PWO for 3 weeks.

Absolutely loved it. Didn't experience any moon face or bloating probably being I kept estrogen at bay.

Cons:
Slightly elevated BP to pre hypertension level. Not to crazy but worth noting.
Cardio felt like an absolute chore. Would get winded quick and crazy pumps in my calves.
Stayed thirsty AF. Especially at night.

Pros:
Crazy pump. After doing warmup set my muscles stayed jacked and swole.
Good strength and muscle gains.
Veins stayed poppin

I think most of the negative sides people experience is because they don't watch their diet and don't keep their estrogen in check.

Absolute same on the Cons there mate - the winding is a real fucker because it makes you feel so energised and motivated, but try and do some big sets without adequate rest intervals and it just ain't possible. Simple daily tasks like walking up multiple flights of stairs or hills into town will hit you hard too, you defo feel your heart thudding more. I can get winded washing my hair in the shower if its a hot day, feels awful. Good thing though is the sensation goes quickly, about 24hrs after your last tablet you are back to normal again.

Swings and roundabouts with this motherfucker I'm afraid - I've tried all kinds of methods with the tablets which I now use instead of the injectable. Done both splitting it 12 hours apart and taking the whole lot in one go. Don't over obsess about this too much because with DBol as soon as you stop taking it and leave it alone for a day all of that lovely quick water/glucose size will instantly drop out of you and the strength and power you think you have developed all by yourself soon follows too!! LMAO

If I take it 12 hours apart then I have to set a stopwatch constantly to remind myself which can be a pain in the arse and I often end up taking way more of the stuff over 2 servings than I would in 1 sitting, it builds sooner though this way imo. If taking it once a day its much easier to keep track of and take, and then its all done with. The build up does take about 3 days to fully achieve though. If taking pre-workout take it 2 to 3 hours before to load the muscle cells fully with water and glycogen to enable you to lift more in training, if you literally take it then train immediately after then it will not of had time to work effectively and your BP spike will be too high making training and breathing more difficult. Doing it several hours before gives it time to settle back down. Also, do not underestimate the effectiveness of 30mg DBol taken every day at the same time, it soon builds size and strength and your BP remains lower and therefore training is easier and you feel happier within yourself rather than feeling 'over estrogenned' on 50mg per day. Just because some Toilet on Youtube has recommended 50mg ED does not mean this is the best way to take it Smile

That Big and bloated look goes after 2 days once the water goes, and the strength gains that are made from it you maybe keep 3 or 4 days. Its a very temporary steroid mate, it does build muscle but most of what it does is only whilst it is active in you. BUT remember thats the same for most steroids though especially the stronger ones - its the same for trenbolone, anadrol etc. In fact its the same for all of them including injecting Testosterone if we are honest about it, it just takes more months to lose those kind of gains. A reality that you have to come to terms with when getting into the steroid world is most of what you are experiencing is only there whilst you are using them. Then in time you will revert to the way you once were naturally, albeit maybe 15 lb's heavier as you learn to eat better and muscle receptors seem to be a little more active once you have been exposed to steroids.

I would take 10mg daily just for nutrition partitioning... you can take that dose 8-12 weeks with no issue. It's a fascinating drug & honestly one of my favorites.

Apparently these are the only class of drug that will supply me with the same gains at my first
Cruise of 200mg years ago compared to the same cruise of 200mg right now, they seem VASTLY different in terms of “just letting the testosterone build muscle itself” vs now where I have to be way more on point

Its probably because you were younger back then bud, your receptors responded better and your body overall heals and recovers much quicker and more efficiently. I have to put more effort into things now to lift the same as I use to 5 years ago, nutrition has to be followed to a T where as back then I could wing it more. Although to be fair I did run much heavier compounds and cycles. I could be on Tren and have a bad cold, barely eat anything and still get stronger next session lol

Or 1 x 50mg a day if you have adhd and forget your second dose like every other day lol. I cant do multiple dosing because my life is too inconsistent. I know its perfect for keeping your blood levels even but i still haven't found enough testing that shows more or less gains on one, two or three doses a day. Gains seem the same in all testing so i stay safe and once a day. Especially if pill is too small and its going to take a razor and 10min lol

I would take in morning when i take my multivitamin so i remember and that way i can take my liv 52 for my liver 8hrs apart in the pm. Dbol destroys my appetite so dissolve under tongue so it dont pollute my stomach lol. You are going to hear why you should split dose and half life and all that so just remember this is my preference (may be bad advice for most) but like i said noone can show me enough proof on less gains from my method

It’s just savage how it boots my appetite but anadrol kills it. Big time pump with dbol, slows me down a lot in between sets though, hard time moving quick on 50mg, def overkill

Never used proviron. I’ve used dbol years ago at 10mg a day but it’s just a pain to remember to take 5 pills a day. That’s why I was wondering about the 25 twice daily. I appreciate it.

I like splitting does am/pwo & before bed time. If I take more than 20mg at a time I get a rush I don't enjoy lol... I stick to 30mg daily when I am on a good run.
