Interestingly enough I can get pharma gear locally more easily and cheaper than anywhere I've found online but that situation is kind of a product of being in the right spot at the right time when everything falls into place perfectly. For everything UGL, online can't be beat.

If you wanna pay $120-$150 a bottle for test or deca and even more sometimes for tren. Not to mention if you want something like Primo you are going to pay astronomical prices and don't expect to get any type of non common or custom esters like test ace, special brew sus, prop 150, tne, injectable dbol, so on and so forth. It's possible but very unlikely. Also, who is to say your not buying from a LEO? That would be shitty.

Generally prices in gyms are a lot higher than online
