I'd imagine he's just given you a break down of the liquids involved and not accounted for the powder. Run it through a .22 micron filter and into a sterile vial for peace of mind.

I can't speak for the legitimacy of the gear because I have never used it but I have seen people write great reviews on his forum. 1% benzyl alchol and 99% sterile oil however would not make sense. That is exactly 100% which would not leave any room for the 2.5 G of Test E powder he would need to put in a 10 ML bottle. Technically there is about 77% oil, 1% Benzyl Alcohol and the rest is powder displacement in a bottle of test e 250. This DOES NOT mean the gear is fake, it was probably just a simple mistake on the bottle, or the fact that he is saying there is 1% BA and the rest of the solution is oil and powder. It's whats inside the bottle that counts, not what's written on the outside.
