non-newbie: Veteran advice about cutting fat to 12% and building muscle simultaneously on cycle

Typically 1 Cycle a year - not interested in being a monster, just looking aesthetic.
This year it will be 20 weeks, test, var, HCG. Keeping it simple.

I know the consensus is do one or the other but I usually like to run in a slight deficit, and i see al little growth whilst cutting.

Looking for fellow veterans experience for losing the fat (around 5% of BF) and building muscle on cycle?

Thanks. From 15% starting the cycle to even 10-12 would be great.
I guess tren has the recomp effect but is quite drastic to take unless it's a low dose on that thought.

Tren is not worth using unless you’re competing or going for power lifting. Many people have had tremendous success on low dose test and when your bf gets low enough under 15%, look into Primo. It’s the only compound I would use but I can’t tolerate Pip or oil volume which is why I actually only use var and test.

It’s somewhat difficult to achieve but you can optimize your goals by zeroing in on diet and training. I suggest dropping bf to around 15% and then using gear to preserve muscle while you refine your body. Dropping bf really depends on how you train and what type of calories you’re consuming.
